Swieca Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia o* iv04 * Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest swieca. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia swiece w widoku z boku i perspektywie. Swieca wedlug wzoru ma nieksztaltna podstawe imitujaca odla- mek skaly w kolorach od cieniowanego zielonego poprzez czerwony do niebieskiego u dolu. Na podstawie osadzono pionowo czesci gór- ne w ksztalcie plaskownika z wtopionym na powierzchni pionowo knotem. Czesci górne przedstawione sa w rozmytych wzajemniestykajacych sie kolorach bialym, zóltym, zielonym, bezowym i wi- sniowym. Podstawa swiecy polaczona jest z jej czescia górna. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the candle in a side view and perspective. The candle, according to the design, has an irregular base imitating a rock fragment in colors ranging from shaded green through red to blue at the bottom. The base has vertically mounted upper parts in the shape of a flat bar with a vertically embedded wick on the surface. The upper parts are presented in blurred, interlocking colors of white, yellow, green, beige, and cherry red. The base of the candle is connected to its upper part. PL PL PL
