Recrystallization annealing treatments are usually carried out in furnaces with a periodic work cycle. The heat treatment carried out in this way has many disadvantages, which include: a long annealing period of several hours, difficult temperature control throughout the entire section of the charge, oxidation of the surface, low thermal efficiency of heating and it is not possible to include the annealing operation in the technological lines. The annealing carried out by this method leads to heterogeneity of the structure and dispersion of mechanical properties. As a result, in the process of interoperative drawing, the wire breaks, which leads to the formation of large defects. The aim of the invention is to obtain optimal parameters for the accelerated annealing process of the recrystallizing low-carbon steel wire. - This goal was achieved by the use of direct induction heating at a rate of 500-1000 ° C per second to the temperature of 850 ° C, and in the case of semi-hard wire with a speed of 1000-2000 ° C to the temperature range of 750-800 ° C. The method according to the invention allows for an outstanding reduction of the heat treatment time, obtaining a structure with high homogeneity, ensuring good mechanical properties and technological, it does not cause oxidation losses and also allows you to combine heat treatment with the drawing operation, eliminating at the same time interoperative digestion.
