Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest w dwóch odmianach figurami 1 i 2 na rysunku zbiorczym oraz dodatkowo figurami 3 i 4. Butelka w obu odmianach posiada nowe, istotne cechy w porównaniu ze znanymi juz butelkami o tym przeznaczeniu. Znane dotad butelki maja ksztalt zblizony nieco do walca lub prostopadloscianu. Otwór wlotowy butelki jest zazwyczaj bezposrednio polaczony z jej korpusem. Butelki te posiadaja róznego rodzaju wciecia, karbowania czy wyzlobienia podyktowane glównie wzgledami ergonomicznymi.Zasadnicza czesc butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt zblizony do walca, którego sciany w górnej czesci butelki sa wyraznie zaokraglone i przechodza w zdecydowanie wyksztalcona, smukla, wysoka szyjke, zakonczona nagwintowanym z zewnatrz otworem wlotowym. Powyzej polowy wysokosci butelki, na znacznym odcinku jej scianki sa delikatnie wciete do wewnatrz, co stanowi dogodne miejsce dla umieszczenia etykiety. W poblizu szyjki butelki widoczny jest tloczony, fantazyjny element dekoracyjny o wygladzie imitujacym odcisk dawnej pieczeci. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle, a container for water or other beverages. The bottle according to the industrial design is presented in two versions, Figures 1 and 2 in the collective drawing, and additionally Figures 3 and 4. Both versions of the bottle possess significant new features compared to previously known bottles for this purpose. Previously known bottles have a shape somewhat resembling a cylinder or a cuboid. The bottle's inlet opening is usually directly connected to the body. These bottles feature various indentations, ribs, and grooves, primarily for ergonomic reasons. The main body of the bottle, according to the industrial design, is cylindrical in shape, with distinctly rounded walls at the top, merging into a distinctly shaped, slender, high neck, terminating in an externally threaded inlet. Above half the bottle's height, a significant section of the walls is slightly indented, providing a convenient location for a label. Near the bottle's neck, an embossed, fanciful decorative element is visible, resembling the impression of an old seal. Variation 1: This industrial design variation is illustrated in Figure 1 of the summary drawing, which represents a side view of the bottle. Additionally, this variation is presented in a color drawing in Fig. 3, which is also a side view. A significant and new feature of this variation is that, below halfway up the bottle, two rows of embossing are visible on its walls, one below the other. In the first row, the embossing creates a fanciful, stylized image of arcades or underpasses. Above the arcade arches are visible small, irregularly shaped decorative elements, and above them, fragments of cross-ribbed vaults. In the row below, only the arcade arches are visible. Variation II This variation of the industrial design is illustrated in Figure 2 in the collective drawing, which is a side view of the bottle. Additionally, this variation is presented in a color drawing in Fig. 4, which is also a side view.
