Description

Cel ten osiagnieto dzieki konstrukcji filtru dolno- przepustowego, w której przewezenie laczace komory stanowi plytka z otworkami wykonana korzystnie z materialu dzwiekochlonnego a obudowa i denko sa wylozone materialem dzwiekochlonnym. 10 PL PLLow-pass acoustic filter The subject of the invention is a low-pass acoustic filter for silencing the noise produced by the outlet of compressed gases or air. Previously, acoustic filters, which are an analog of electric filters on the basis of the following correspondences: passage (a hole with a specific length) - inductance, tank - capacity , were built in a system of successive connections of the segments into pipes with the tank. Such a structure largely limited the application, because the gas flow was limited by the dimensions of the tube, the diameter of which, due to acoustic reasons, is usually in the order of millimeters. This completely excluded the possibility of using such filters to suppress noise, the source of which is a large amount of gases flowing under pressure. The aim of the invention is to develop such an acoustic filter that would allow for the suppression of sound waves above a certain cut-off frequency while maintaining the possibility of passing through practically The aim is achieved thanks to the design of the low-pass filter, in which the passage connecting the chambers is made of a plate with holes, preferably made of sound-absorbing material, and the housing and the bottom are lined with a sound-absorbing material. it can pass any large amount of gas while the cutoff frequency of the low pass filter is set practically any low, so it is possible to completely mute the part audible to the human ear. The cutoff frequency does not limit the filter throughput. The filter has the ability to adjust the flow resistance depending on the technological conditions by making a certain number of holes in the plates separating the chambers. 1 shows a cross-section of the filter, and FIG. 2 shows the filter from the side. The filter has a housing jl made in the form of a metal cylinder closed on one side with a bottom 2. The housing 1 with the bottom 2 is lined from the inside with a sound-absorbing material 3, for example felt. In the housing 1 there are two plates 4 and 5 with holes 6 delimiting the chambers 7 and 8 which play the role of the capacities. The perforated plates 4 and 5 are inclined to the axis of the casing 1, which increases the efficiency of the filter and are fixed to the casing I by the holders 9 and 10. The casing I in the upper part has inlet openings 11 connecting the filter with the conduits not shown in the figure 25. influenced by compressed gas. The number of openings is dictated by the fact that the filter in the embodiment as in the example is designed to suppress the noise generated by compressed air with a pressure of about 3.5 atmospheres flowing from the machine for producing glass products. 10 15 7464374643 Plates 4 and 5 have three holes per square centimeter with a diameter of 2.6 millimeters. The axis of the introduction opening 11 is so positioned that the gas stream entering the chamber 7 is parallel to the bottom 2. The perforated plates 4 and 5 are made of a sound-absorbing material. It is understandable that, depending on the need, the length of the housing 1 and the number of plates 4 and 5 can be increased and the size and number of holes 6 in the plates 4 and 5 can be changed depending on the conditions of the necessary flow resistance. 10 PL PL
