Abstract

Aplikator do nakładania powłoki siatkowej na materiały laminarne charakteryzuje się tym, że ma środki do wykrywania pokrywanych płyt i ich względnego położenia względem ramy maszyny przy użyciu co najmniej jednej fotokomórki wykrywającej (11), układ pozycjonowania przy użyciu enkodera w silniku (16) przenośnika materiału urządzenia, zapewniający podparcie (1) rolki siatki (2), środki napinające i prowadzące poprzez przeplatanie siatki przez co najmniej trzy rolki napinające i prowadzące (3), jak również następującą po niej regulacyjną rolkę napinającą (5), płaszczyznę przesuwu przed cięciem tworzącą kąt 35° w stosunku do płaszczyzny poziomej, przy czym aplikator zawiera zmotoryzowany układ cięcia poprzecznego mający drugą płaszczyznę przesuwu po cięciu przylegającą do pierwszej, umieszczoną na niższej płaszczyźnie w stosunku do pierwszej i o identycznym nachyleniu dodatkowo zapewniony jest wkład rolkowy, przez który przepływa cięta siatka, jak również środki dociskowe do zespołu siatki i elementu, które następnie są przesuwane.
