W poszukiwaniu ciaglych usprawnien, zglaszajacy niniejszego wzoru uzytkowego rozwinal au- tomatyczny system wytwarzajacy sztuczny zywoplot i sposób chronione przyznanym patentem euro- pejskim nr EP3533953B1. Dokument ten ujawnia elementy wykonania automatycznego systemu wy- twarzajacego sztuczny zywoplot, jednakze w przypadku procesu wytwarzania, wynalazek ujawnia w szczególnosci tasmy z tworzywa sztucznego do utworzenia splotu, który tworzy sztuczny zywoplot. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is an artificial hedge made from bundles of coconut fibers, used in gardening and decoration, offering a satisfactory degree of shading while also being environmentally friendly because it does not contain plastic strips used to create a fluffy appearance similar to a natural hedge. To achieve this goal, the proposed artificial hedge is made of multiple strands aligned and stitched together, with the bundles of coconut fibers placed between the wires as they are twisted to form the strand. This artificial hedge responds to the current trend of reducing plastics by incorporating natural materials, such as fibers derived from coconut trees. Hedges are a product used both as a screening and decorative element for trellis fences. Unfortunately, natural hedges have a limited lifespan and require maintenance, making it worthwhile to consider artificial alternatives. In this regard, it's worth noting that hedges or fences made of synthetic materials include, among their components, a polymer-based plastic strip, which is made in small strips that create a fluffy effect. To achieve this, the plastic strip is equipped with multiple transverse cuts on each side and placed between the wires to create an impression similar to natural hedges. In a quest for continuous improvement, the applicant for this utility model has developed an automatic system for producing an artificial hedge and a method protected by granted European patent no. EP3533953B1. This document discloses the components of an automatic system for producing an artificial hedge. However, in the case of the manufacturing process, the invention specifically discloses plastic strips for creating the weave that forms the artificial hedge. Currently, there is a need to offer artificial fences or hedges that, to the extent possible, avoid the use of polymer components. Based on the above, the applicant for this utility model for protection recognizes the need for an improved artificial hedge that reduces the use of plastics, while ensuring that said hedge is an environmentally friendly product. The artificial hedge of this utility model addresses the aforementioned problems by offering an ecological product, as it is partially composed of components derived from natural fibers. In particular, the presence of coconut fibers contributes to the ecological character of the artificial hedge and allows for the offering of an alternative to natural hedges. Furthermore, the high durability and highly extensive cultivation characteristics associated with coconut fibers should be emphasized. In particular, for this utility model, material from coconut trees is used, particularly material obtained from the soft (outer) shell; in other words, material derived from the inner shell, which is a hard material, i.e., wood, is not used. The artificial hedge, as designed, is formed by multiple strands aligned and stitched together. Each strand of the hedge is made of at least two twisted wires, with bundles of coconut fibers inserted between them. To achieve the required level of shading, the bundles of coconut fibers between the wires form a weave with a density of between 30 and 50 g of coconut fiber bundles per linear meter of twisted wire. Furthermore, the bundles of coconut fibers have a maximum length of 15 cm to provide a fluffy effect similar to natural hedges, with the diameter of the wires forming the weave being between 0.7 mm and 1.3 mm, preferably 0.9 mm. Optionally, bundles of esparto, sisal, hemp, kenaf and/or jute fibers are inserted between the wires of the weave. The artificial hedge according to the present utility model is made of weaves having the configuration described in detail above, said weaves being sewn together by means of stitching wires to form the sheath itself. Said stitching wires are arranged transversely to the weaves to form seams, each seam being made of at least two stitching wires alternating between the weaves in opposite directions, i.e. clockwise and counterclockwise. In other words, when stitching the strands, a 180° rotational movement is performed alternately in both directions to properly secure and braid the stitching wire between the strands. The wires forming the strands and the stitching wires are optionally made of galvanized iron, low-carbon stainless steel, or plated iron. The wire ends must be finished to prevent sharp areas that could injure the user. Furthermore, the wires forming each strand are optionally bent at their ends to prevent sharp edges that could injure the user or operator during handling. Optionally, the strands forming the artificial hedge can have a coconut fiber core on which the wires forming the strands are twisted. In this way, each strand of the artificial hedge is equipped with a coconut fiber core and bundles of coconut fibers, which are placed between the wires as they are twisted to form the strand. On the other hand, and also optionally, the coconut fiber bundles forming the artificial hedge contain colored pigments to provide colored finishes different from those provided by the natural color of the coconut fiber. Based on the foregoing, the artificial hedge described herein is very advantageous compared to other known hedges in that it allows for perfect screening, prevents excessive use of plastic materials, and is distinguished by its easy installation and adequate service life. The subject matter of the utility model is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the artificial hedge; Fig. 2 - A front view of the artificial hedge of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 - A detailed view of the artificial hedge of Fig. 2; Fig. 4 - A side view of a weave of the type forming an artificial hedge. With reference to the aforementioned figures, it can be seen that the artificial hedge 1 is made as a plurality of weaves 2 aligned and sewn together by means of a plurality of stitches. In particular, Fig. 4 shows that each weave 2 is preferably made of two twisted wires 3 between which bundles 4 of coconut fibres are inserted. Bundles of coconut fibers occur between the wires to form a strand 2 with a preferred density of 40 g of coconut fiber bundles per linear meter of twisted wire 3. Similarly, Figs. 1 to 3 illustrate a mantle forming an artificial hedge 1 in which it can be seen that the strands 2 are sewn together by means of stitching wires 5 which are arranged transversely to the strands 2 to form seams. Each seam is formed by two stitching wires 5 running alternately in opposite directions between the strands 2. The wires 3 forming the strands 2 and the stitching wires 5 are made of galvanized iron and treated so as to be suitable for withstanding outdoor conditions. Finally, it should be pointed out that in order to ensure a secure and strong support, at least 4 seams 5 should be included in the artificial hedge according to this utility model.
