Description

Pierwszenstwo 29.07.1971 (P. 149756) Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 10.02.1975 73473 KI. 19c,7/22 MKP EOlc 7/22 CZYTELNIA Urzedu Patentowej | felsLiej laczypfty «, [• Twórcy wynalazku: Alfons Nowacki, Eugeniusz Waliszko, Zdzislaw Zwo¬ linski Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Wyzsza Szkola Inzynierska im.Jana i Jedrzeja Sniadeckich, Bydgoszcz (Polska) Sposób wytwarzania mieszaniny do budowy asfaltowej nawierzchni drogowej Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarza¬ nia mieszaniny do budowy asfaltowej nawierzchni drogowej. Otrzymana mie¬ szanina charakteryzuje sie nastepujacymi wlasnos¬ ciami: ciezar objetosciowy 2,44 g/cm3 próznia masy 1,51%, nasiakliwosc 0,11%, wytrzy¬ malosc na sciskanie 37 kg/cm2 i wskaznik statecz¬ nosci temperatury przy R40/R20 = 0,304 PL PLPriority July 29, 1971 (P. 149756) Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: 02/10/1975 73473 KI. 19c, 7/22 MKP EOlc 7/22 READING ROOM of the Patent Office | felsLiej laczypfty «, [• Inventors of the invention: Alfons Nowacki, Eugeniusz Waliszko, Zdzislaw Zwo¬linski Authorized by the provisional patent: Jan and Jedrzej Sniadecki University of Engineering, Bydgoszcz (Poland) Method of producing a mixture for the construction of asphalt road pavement preparation of a mixture for the construction of asphalt road pavement The hitherto known methods of producing an asphalt mixture for the construction of a road surface consist in the fact that the mixture contains such components as: gravel or grit in the amount of 35 + + 50%, sand or stone grit in the amount of 20 + + 35 and asphalt in the amount of 7 + 10%. The disadvantage and disadvantage of the known methods is that for asphalt mixtures of road pavements, mineral stone flour or limestone flour is used as fillers, the production of which is costly and, moreover, difficult to deliver from different distances. The object of the invention is to overcome the known drawbacks and inconveniences by developing a new method of producing a mixture for the construction of asphalt road pavement. It has surprisingly been found that by following the method of the invention, this problem can be solved by using, instead of rock flour or lime dust from the electrostatic precipitators of cement plants, which arise in rotary kilns during the burning of clinker in wet cement plants. Until now, these dusts constitute a troublesome and useless waste. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in order to produce a mixture of 10 15 20 2 for the construction of asphalt road pavement, dusts from grit or gravel, sand and asphalt are added to the pavers together with grit or gravel, sand and asphalt in an amount up to 15% by weight and is mixed hot at a temperature of 150 + 165 ° C. The mixtures prepared according to the invention for the construction of asphalt road pavements show improved properties in terms of reduced vacuum content, mass absorbency and temperature stability index. The obtained mixture is characterized by the following properties: volumetric weight 2.44 g / cm3, vacuum 1.51%, buoyancy 0.11%, compressive strength 37 kg / cm2 and a temperature stability index at R40 / cm2. R20 = 0.304 PL PL
