PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a wall-mounted air vent (ventilator) intended for use in construction, particularly residential construction. The solution utilizes a natural method of supplying air to rooms – as a result of differences in aerostatic pressure, fresh outside air is introduced into the room through the vent. Air vents mounted in windows or near windows are known and commonly used – on sills, between the window frame and the wall or window sill – such solutions are disclosed, for example, in Polish patent descriptions PL 220016 or PL 222809. Wall vents are known, which are in the form of through holes in walls and in which the amount of air supplied from the outside is regulated by means of rotatably mounted plates placed at the inlet and outlet of the duct – such a solution is known, among others, from the Japanese patent document JP2006200822. Wall air vents are known in the form of through-holes in walls protected from the outside by a cover, the design of which protects against rain and against the inflow of a large air stream in the event of a strong wind – such a solution is known, among others, from the Chinese utility model CN20888700. Wall air vents are known in the form of straight tubular fittings intended for installation in the wall at the construction stage, terminated with an air intake on the outside and with a regulator of the air stream volume supplied to the room on the inside – such a solution is known, among others, from the Polish description of the utility model Ru69310 or Ru65194. Next, Polish utility model description Ru65071 describes an air vent consisting of an air intake telescopically slid onto a duct terminated with an air outlet, which is equipped with a check valve containing a damper that allows air to flow from the air intake located on the exterior of the building wall to the air outlet located on the interior of the building wall. Among other things, DARCO Sp. z o.o. offers a wall air vent (diffuser) designed for installation in a wall during construction. It consists of an air duct bent once at a 90° angle and having an inlet opening surface perpendicular to the outlet opening surface of the air duct, wherein the air duct inlet opening is aligned with the air intake and the air duct outlet opening is aligned with a diffuser. The air duct is made of a circular pipe and a rectangular tubular fitting attached to it. The ventilator of this design is installed in the building wall by creating a recess (or recess) in the window opening, into which the ventilator's air duct is placed. Then, the portion of the ventilator's air duct embedded in the masonry wall is sealed with mounting foam, mortar, or other means, while the portion of the air duct located in the wall's thermal insulation is encased in insulating material, such as polystyrene or mineral wool, and sealed with mounting foam. Installing the ventilator's air duct of this design into the wall is time-consuming. According to the utility model, the purpose is a wall air vent with a design that facilitates its integration into a building wall. The wall air vent is formed from an air duct, the surface of which is perpendicular to the surface of the air outlet opening, connected to the inlet opening of the air intake duct, and an air flow regulator connected to the outlet opening of the air duct, wherein the air duct is formed by a pipe and a tubular fitting detachably connected to the pipe, in which the air duct is bent once at a 90° angle. According to the utility model, the pipe is embedded in one polystyrene block and the tubular fitting connected to it is in the other. The advantage of the design presented in the utility model is that the air duct of the air inlet (ventilator) is located within two interconnected blocks, one of which is embedded between the blocks/blocks/bricks during the wall construction phase, and the other is incorporated during the insulation installation phase, constituting one of the sheets. Locating the air duct within the blocks significantly simplifies and speeds up the installation of the vent into the wall and also reduces the risk of thermal bridges. The subject of the utility model is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the vent in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 – the vent in a cross-section, Fig. 3 – the block combined with the air intake in a longitudinal section, and Fig. 4 – the vent in a longitudinal section along the pipe axis. The wall air vent in the form of an embodiment according to the utility model is made of: an air duct, which is formed together by a straight pipe 1 and a tubular fitting 2 detachably assembled with it, bent once at an angle of 90°; an air intake 3 assembled with the inlet opening of the air duct; an air flow regulator 4 assembled with the outlet opening of the air duct; and two adjacent, cuboidal, polystyrene blocks 5, 6. The straight pipe 1 forming the air duct is embedded in one block, and the tubular fitting 2 forming the air duct with it is embedded in the other block 5, 6. The surface of the air inlet opening of the air duct is perpendicular to the surface of its air outlet opening. Blocks 5, 6 are adjacent to each other in the position where pipe 1 and pipe fitting 2 are mutually connected. Blocks 5, 6 may be made of EPS 100 polystyrene. Pipe 1 and pipe fitting 2 may be made of plastic or sheet metal. The shape of the air duct may be, in principle, any; for example, pipe 1 may have a circular cross-section, and pipe fitting 2 may be made of a rectangular pipe plugged at one end, which is connected to a perpendicular circular stub pipe extending from it at its closure, which is placed on the above-mentioned circular pipe 1, which co-creates the air duct. The air intake 3 and air flow regulator 4 connected to the air duct may be of any design. Generally, blocks 5 and 6 are manufactured in sizes that allow them to fit into the wall without cutting and insulate the wall being constructed. Of course, blocks 5 and 6 can also be cut to size on site. The air vent, as per the utility model, is designed for installation in a wall near a window, with the air intake 3 located in the window tile on the outside of the window. Pipe 1 and pipe fitting 2 in their respective blocks 5 and 6 are positioned in tunnels created for them. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
