The industrial design submitted for protection depicts an ice cream dessert and nine varieties thereof, used together or separately and distributed primarily in transparent packaging revealing the shape and texture of the dessert's surface. The ice cream dessert described below—due to its specific shape and flavor, reminiscent of truffles and truffle chocolates—is distributed under the name "truffle." The described design differs from those previously known in its structure, i.e., in that it resembles a cylinder with a hemisphere at the top, and within the described solid is a large drop of semi-liquid mass of a fairly regular shape, in a color different from the surrounding ice cream mass.
