Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie i jego wykrój przeznaczone w szczególnosci na ciastka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac opakowania i jego wykroju, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie elementów i linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których - fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z góry, - fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z boku, - fig.3 przedstawia wykrój tego opakowania. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach opakowanie ma postac bryly przestrzennej o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z prostokatna podstawa. Dwie sciany boczne o krótszych podstawach sa przedluzone i zagiete do wnetrza prostopadloscianu. Krawedz kazdej przedluzonej sciany ma dwa wystepy umieszczone w wycieciach podstawy. Sciany boczne o dluzszych podstawach zaopatrzone sa wypusty zagiete wzdluz sasiednich scian bocznych wewnatrz bryly. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the packaging and its cutout, manifested in the arrangement of elements and lines. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which - Fig. 1 shows the packaging from above; - Fig. 2 shows the packaging from a side view; - Fig. 3 shows the cutout of this packaging. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawings, the packaging has the form of a three-dimensional solid in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The two side walls with shorter bases are extended and bent towards the inside of the cuboid. The edge of each extended wall has two protrusions located in the base cutouts. The side walls with longer bases are equipped with projections bent along the adjacent side walls inside the solid. The lid of the solid has a rectangular cutout with rounded corners, with one corner of the cutout convex inward. Three sides of the lid have rectangular folds bent along the side walls toward the solid. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawings, the cutout has the form of multiple rectangular walls arranged in series and connected by folds. The lower wall, constituting the base of the solid, and the upper wall, constituting the lid, have one pair of sides longer than the other walls. These walls are connected by a rectangular side wall of the packaging, from which projections extend on two sides. The remaining sides of the lid are connected with rectangular tabs with rounded edges. Two pairs of side walls are attached to the shorter edges of the base wall. The fourth side of the base is connected to the side wall from which the projections extend. The side walls not adjacent to the base have projections, while the base has rectangular cutouts located opposite the projections. The lid has a rectangular cutout with rounded corners, with one corner of the cutout convex inward. Significant features of industrial design. The packaging has the form of a three-dimensional block in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, where two side walls with shorter bases are extended and bent towards the inside of the cuboid, and the edge of each extended wall has two protrusions placed in the cutouts of the base, while the side walls with longer bases are provided with protrusions bent along the adjacent side walls inside the block, and the lid of the block has a rectangular cutout with rounded corners, where one of the corners of the cutout is convex towards the inside of the cutout, while three sides of the lid have rectangular folds bent along the side walls towards the inside of the block, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The cut-out has the form of many rectangular-shaped walls arranged in series and connected with each other by folds, wherein the bottom wall constituting the base of the solid and the upper wall constituting the lid have one pair of sides longer than the other walls and these walls are connected with each other by means of a rectangular-shaped side wall of the packaging from which projections extend on two sides, while the remaining sides of the lid are fitted with folds in the shape of rectangles with rounded edges, while two pairs of side walls are connected to the shorter edges of the wall constituting the base, and the fourth side of the base is connected to the side wall from which projections extend, and the side walls not adjacent to the base have projections, and the base has rectangular cut-outs situated opposite the projections, while the lid has a rectangular cutout with rounded corners, one of the corners of the cutout is convex inwards as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3.
