Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest korpus pompy zeba- tej PZ4. Korpus pompy zebatej PZ4 wedlug wzoru przemyslowego cha- rakteryzuje sie tyra, ze ma przekrój poprzeczny w ksztalcie zamknietej,symetrycznej wzgledem obu prostopadlych osi,fi- gury wielolukowej o pionowych bokach prostych.Ksztylt tego przekroju rózni sie od znanych przekrojów poprzecznych kor- pusów pomp zebatych tym,ze znane orzekroje poprzeczne maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Korpus pompy zebatej PZ4 wykonany jest ze stopu alumi- nium lub z zeliwa. The PZ4 gear pump housing, as per the industrial design, is characterized by its cross-section in the shape of a closed, multi-arc figure, symmetrical about both perpendicular axes, with straight vertical sides. The shape of this cross-section differs from known cross-sections of gear pump housings in that the known cross-sections are roughly rectangular with rounded corners. The PZ4 gear pump housing is made of an aluminum alloy or cast iron. Y/ylist of industrial design variations 1. PZ4 gear pump body with a cross-section similar to a circle, in which the ratio of its height to its width and to the diameter of the main part of the curvature of the circular part and to the length of the straight side is H/S/D/B = 1/0.943/1/0.514. 2. A PZ4 gear pump body with a cross-section close to a circle, in which the ratio of its height to its width and to the radius of the main part of the curvature of the circular part and to the length of the straight side is H/S/R/B = 1/0.865/0.481/0.519. 3. A PZ4 gear pump body with a cross-section close to a circle, in which the ratio of its height to its width and to the radius of the main part of the curvature of the circular part and to the length of the straight side is H/S/R/B = 1/0.843/0.5/0.621. 4. The body of the PZ4 gear pump has a cross-section in the shape of a closed multi-arc figure, in which the ratio of its height to its width and to the length of the straight side is H/S/3 = 1/0.895/0.474. The essential features of the 1st variant of the industrial design consist in the fact that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body close to a circle to its width and to the diameter of the main part of the curvature of the circular part and to the length of the straight side is H/S/D/B = 1/0.943/1/0.514, wherein the curvature fragments of the circular part with diameter D are located in its lower and upper parts and are connected to the straight sides by three tangential straight segments, then by two tangential arcs: a convex arc with a radius H1 = 0.143 H having suspension dimensions G = 0.286 H and a concave arc with a radius = 0.029 H, as shown in Figure Pig.1. The essential features of the 2nd variant of the industrial design consist in the fact that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body close to a circle to its width and to the radius of the main part of the curvature of the circular part and to the length of the straight side is H/S/R/3 = 1/0.865/0.481/0.519, wherein the parts of the curves of radius R of the circular part are located in its lower and upper parts and are connected to the straight sides B by tangential arcs: concave with radius = 0.144 H, convex with radius R1 = 0.09 H having suspension dimensions G = 0.288 H and concave with radius R2 = 0.038 H, as shown in Figure Fig. 2. The essential features of the 3 variants of the industrial design consist in the fact that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body close to a circle to its width and to the radius of the main part of the curvature of the circular part and to the length of the straight side is H/S/R/3 = 1/0.843/0.5/0.621, wherein the parts of the curves of radius R of the circular part are located in its lower and upper parts and are connected to the straight sides by 3 tangent arcs: a concave arc of radius R3 = 0.143 H, a convex arc of radius R1 = 0.107 H having suspension dimensions G = 0.286 H and a concave arc of radius R2 = 0.029 H, as shown in Figure Fig. 2. The essential features of the 4th variant of the industrial design consist in the fact that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body, having the shape of a closed multi-arc figure, to its width and to the lengths of the straight sides is H/S/B = 1/0.895/0.474, wherein in the lower and upper parts of the cross-section there are straight segments of length A = 0.147 H, connected to the straight sides perpendicular to them by four arcs: a convex one with a radius R1 = 0.210 H, a concave one with a radius R2 = 0.132 H, a convex one with a radius R^ = 0.105 H having suspension dimensions C1 = 0.289 H and C2 = 0.247 H, and a concave one with a radius R^ = 0.053 H, as shown in Figure 3.
