Korpus pompy zebatej PZ3 wykonany jest ze stopu alumi- nium lub z zeliwa. The body of the PS3 gear pump, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a hexagonal cross-section with an arc connecting the oblique sides of the base. The shape of this cross-section differs from known cross-sections of gear pump bodies in that the known cross-sections are roughly rectangular with rounded corners. The body of the PZ3 gear pump is made of an aluminum alloy or cast iron. List of industrial design variations: 1. A Z3 gear pump body with a hexagonal cross-section, in which the ratio of the height to the base and the diameter of the arc connecting the oblique sides of the base is H/S/D = 1/1/1/. 2. A PZ3 gear pump body with a hexagonal cross-section, in which the ratio of the height to the base and the diameter of the arc connecting the oblique sides of the base is H/S/D = 1/0.98/1. 3. A PZ3 gear pump body with a hexagonal cross-section, in which the ratio of the height to the base and the diameter of the arc connecting the oblique sides of the base is H/S/D = 1/0.97/1. _____Essential features of the first variant of the industrial design consist in the fact that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body to its width and to the diameter of the arc connecting the oblique sides is H/S/D = 1/1/1, and the angle formed by the oblique sides with the tangent to the arc connecting them is 25°, as shown in drawing Fig. 1. The essential features of the 2nd industrial design variant are that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body to its width and to the diameter of the arc connecting the oblique sides is H/S/D = 1/0.98/1, and the angle formed by the oblique sides with the tangent to the arc connecting them is 30°, as shown in Figure Fig. 2. The essential features of the 3rd industrial design variant are that the ratio of the height of the cross-section of the pump body to its width and to the diameter of the arc connecting the oblique sides is H/S/B = 1/0.97/1, and the angle formed by the oblique sides with the tangent to the arc connecting them is 30°, as shown in Figure Fig. 2.
