Oslona znicza Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza prze- jawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i elementach zdobniczych. Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt prostych i regularnych przestrzen- nych figur geometrycznych zdobionych zlobieniami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysun- ku na którym fig. 1 pokazuje widok z odcieciem, fig. 2 widok z wglebieniami a fig. 3 przekrój poziomy. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma korpus zblizony ksztal tem do dwóch eliptycznych stozków scietych polaczonych wiekszymi pod stawami, przy czym symetrycznie i naprzeciwlegle na nim odcieto czesc powierzchni stozków tworzac kola o srednicy zblizonej do srednicy podsta wy. Na pozostalej czesci powierzchni stozków wykonane sa wglebienia bie gnace po luku ugietym ku podstawie i kazde z wglebien dochodzi do obwo du kól. Calosc zakonczona jest dwuelementowym kolnierzem. Fig. 3 PLThe essence of the industrial design is a new form of the grave candle cover, manifested in its shape and decorative elements. Known covers are shaped like simple and regular three-dimensional geometric figures decorated with grooves. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cutaway view, Fig. 2 a view with recesses, and Fig. 3 a horizontal cross-section. The grave candle cover shown in Figs. 1 to 3 has a body similar in shape to two truncated elliptical cones connected by larger joints, with a symmetrical and opposing section of the cones' surfaces cut off, creating circles with a diameter similar to the diameter of the base. The remaining portion of the cones' surfaces features recesses running in an arc bent towards the base, with each recess extending to the circumference of the wheels. The entire assembly is finished with a two-piece collar. Essential features of the industrial design: The lantern's casing, as designed in the industrial design, has a body similar in shape to two truncated elliptical cones connected by larger bases. A portion of the cones' surfaces, symmetrically opposite each other, has been cut off, creating circles with a diameter similar to the diameter of the base. The remaining portion of the cones' surfaces features recesses running in an arc bent towards the base, with each recess extending to the circumference of the wheels, and the entire assembly is finished with a two-piece collar, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3.
