Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter klameczka okienna, nadana je j w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, ksztaltów, konturów, kolorystyke oraz jej ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku zestawie- niowym. Klameczka okienna posiada czesc chwytowa w ksztalcie zblizonym do faj- ki wykonana ze stopu magnezowego, charakteryzujaca sie ksztaltem, cecha- mi linii, konturów, kolorystyka i ornamentacja, jak pokazano na fig. 1,2,3,4 i 5. Klameczka posiada czesc szyjkowa i czesc chwytowa, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. W czesci szyjkowej osadzona jest tulejka, która na obwodzie okrag- lego kolnierza posiada cztery symetrycznie wykonane wpusty, natomiast w czesci posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu z odpowiednio uksztaltowanymi bokami, który od góry posiada pionowe naciecia w scianach bocznych two-rzac na pewnej wysokosci dwie czesci w ksztalcie dwóch liter C, jak pokaza- no na fig.2 i 6. Czesc szyjkowa przylega do elementu mocujacego w ksztal- cie prostokata, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 3. W drugiej odmianie wzoru klameczka okienna posiada czesc chwytowa w ksztalcie zblizonym do fajki, wykonana ze stopu magnezowego charaktery- zujaca sie ksztaltem, cechami linii, konturów, kolorystyka i ornamentacja, jak pokazano na fig. 1,2,3, 4 i 5. Klameczka posiada czesc szyjkowa i czesc chwytowa, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. W czesci szyjkowej osadzona jest tu- lejka, która na obwodzie okregu kolnierza posiada osiem wykonanych wpus- tów, natomiast w czesci górnej posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu z odpowie- dnio uksztaltowanymi bokami, który od góry posiada pionowe naciecia w scianach bocznych tworzac na pewnej wysokosci dwie czesci w ksztalcie dwóch liter C, jak pokazano na fig.2 i 7. Czesc szyjkowa przylega do ele- mentu mocujacego w ksztalcie prostokata o lukowych bokach krótszych, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 4. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru klameczka okienna posiada czesc chwytowa w ksztalcie zblizonym do fajki, wykonana ze stopu magnezowego charaktery- zujaca sie ksztaltem, cechami linii, konturów, kolorystyka i ornamentacja, jak pokazano na fig. 1,2,3, 4 i 5. Klameczka posiada czesc szyjkowa i czesc chwytowa, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. W czesci szyjkowej osadzona jest tu- lejka, która na obwodzie okraglego kolnierza posiada cztery lub osiem wpus- tów, natomiast w czesci górnej posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu z odpowie- dnio uksztaltowanymi bokami, który od góry posiada pionowe naciecia w scianach bocznych tworzac na pewnej wysokosci dwie czesci w ksztalcie li- tery C, jak pokazano na fig.2,6, 7. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the assembly drawing. The window handle has a gripping part in the shape of a pipe made of a magnesium alloy, characterized by the shape, features of lines, contours, colors and ornamentation, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The handle has a neck part and a gripping part, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. In the neck part there is a sleeve mounted, which has four symmetrically made grooves on the circumference of the round collar, while in the part it has the shape of a cuboid with appropriately shaped sides, which at the top has vertical cuts in the side walls, creating at a certain height two parts in the shape of two letters C, as shown in Figs. 2 and 6. The neck part adjoins a rectangular mounting element, as shown in Figs. 1 and 3. In the second part In a variant of the design, the window handle has a gripping part in a shape similar to a pipe, made of a magnesium alloy, characterized by the shape, features of lines, contours, colors and ornamentation, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The handle has a neck part and a gripping part, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. In the neck part, a sleeve is mounted, which has eight grooves made on the circumference of the collar circle, while in the upper part it has the shape of a cuboid with appropriately shaped sides, which from the top has vertical cuts in the side walls, creating at a certain height two parts in the shape of two letters C, as shown in Figs. 2 and 7. The neck part adjoins a mounting element in the shape of a rectangle with arc-shaped shorter sides, as shown in Figs. 1 and 4. In the third variant of the design, the window handle has a gripping part in the shape similar to a pipe, made of a magnesium alloy, characterized by the shape, features of lines, contours, colors and ornamentation, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The handle has a neck part and a gripping part, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
