Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidual- ny charakter klameczka balkonowa, nadana je j w szczególnosci przez ce- chy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke oraz jego ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku. Klameczka balkonowa jest wyposazona w dwie czesci chwytowe stanowia- ce swoim ksztaltem lustrzane odbicie, rozdzielone ustawionymi równolegle do siebie elementami mocujacymi, jak pokazano na fig. 1 . Czesci chwytowe od strony elementów mocujacych posiadaja sciete pod katem krawedzie stanowiace szyjki uchwytów, po czym po strome zew- netrznej posiadaja sciecie proste przechodzace w promieniowe, biegnace dalej równolegle do elementów mocujacych i nastepnie po luku dochodzi do sciecia prostego stanowiacego koniec czesci chwytowej zakonczonego promieniem. Wewnetrzna czesc uchwytów przechodzi od czesci szyjkowej po luku w linie równolegla do belek mocujacych, po czym po luku docho-dzi do koncówki chwytu zaokraglonego promieniem. Elementy mocujace maja ksztalt prostokata o lekko stepionych naroznikach, jak pokazano na fig.1 i 2. W drugiej odmianie wzoru klameczka balkonowa jest wyposazona w dwie czesci chwytowe stanowiace swoim ksztaltem lustrzane odbicie, rozdzielo- ne ustawionymi równolegle do siebie elementami mocujacymi, jak pokaza- no na fig. 1. Czesci chwytowe od strony elementów mocujacych posiadaja sciecia proste przechodzace w promieniowe, biegnace dalej równolegle do elementów mocujacych i nastepnie po luku dochodza do sciecia prostego stanowiacego koncówke czesci chwytowej zakonczona promieniem. Wewnetrzna czesc uchwytów przechodzi od czesci szyjkowej po luku w li- nie równolegla do elementów mocujacych i po luku dochodzi do konca uchwytów zaokraglonych promieniem, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Elementy mocujace maja podluzny ksztalt i posiadaja lukowe krótsze boki, jak poka- zano na fig.3. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru klameczka balkonowa jest wyposazona w dwie czesci chwytowe stanowiace swoim ksztaltem lustrzane odbicie, rozdzielo- ne ustawionymi równolegle do siebie elementami mocujacymi, jak pokaza- no na fig. 1 . Czesci chwytowe od strony elementów mocujacych posiadaja sciete pod katem krawedzie stanowiace szyjki uchwytów, po czym po stro- nie zewnetrznej posiadaja sciecie proste przechodzace w promieniowe, bie- gnace dalej równolegle do elementów mocujacych i nastepnie po luku do- chodza do sciecia prostego stanowiacego koniec czesci chwytowej zakon- czonej promieniem. Wewnetrzna czesc uchwytów przechodzi od czesci szyjkowej po luku w linie równolegla do elementów mocujacych, po czym po luku dochodzi do koncówki czesci chwytowej zaokraglonej promie-niem, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Elementy mocujace maja ksztalt owalny, jak pokazano na fig.4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and unique balcony door handle, given its distinctive character in particular by its lines, contours, shapes, colors, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing. The balcony door handle is equipped with two gripping parts, each mirror imaged in shape and separated by parallel fastening elements, as shown in Fig. 1. The gripping parts on the fastening side have angled edges constituting the necks of the handles. Then, on the outer side, they have a straight bevel that transitions into a radial bevel, running parallel to the fastening elements, and then, following an arc, a straight bevel forms the end of the gripping part, terminating in a radius. The inner part of the handles arcs from the neck section into a line parallel to the mounting beams, then arcs to a radiused grip tip. The mounting elements are rectangular in shape with slightly blunted corners, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. In the second design variant, the balcony handle is equipped with two mirror-image grip sections, separated by parallel mounting elements, as shown in Figure 1. The grip sections on the mounting element side have straight chamfers that transition to radial chamfers, continue parallel to the mounting elements, and then arc to a straight chamfer, which forms the radiused end of the grip section. The inner part of the handles extends from the neck part in an arc in a line parallel to the fastening elements and reaches the end of the handles rounded by a radius, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2. The fastening elements are elongated and have arc-shaped shorter sides, as shown in Fig. 3. In the third variant of the design, the balcony handle is equipped with two gripping parts which are mirror images of each other, separated by fastening elements arranged parallel to each other, as shown in Fig. 1. The gripping parts on the fastening elements side have angled edges constituting the necks of the gripping elements. On the outer side, they have a straight bevel that turns into a radial bevel, runs parallel to the fastening elements, and then follows an arc to reach a straight bevel, which forms the end of the gripping part, terminating in a radius. The inner part of the gripping elements turns from the neck in an arc to a line parallel to the fastening elements, and then follows an arc to reach the end of the gripping part, rounded by a radius, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2.
