Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czesc chwytowa klameczki okiennej. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi czesc chwytowa klameczki okiennej, która w górnej szerszej czesci posiada ksztalt owalny majacy postac glówki z umieszczonym nadlewkiem w ksztalcie cylindrycz- nej tulei, która na zewnatrz posiada cztery wyciecia w postaci skrzydel wia- traka, natomiast wewnatrz posiada ksztalt dwóch prostokatów przylegaja- cych do siebie dluzszymi bokami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czesc chwytowa klameczki okiennej w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - widoku z boku, fig.3 - w widoku z tylu, fig.4 - w rzucie perspektywicznym. Czesc chwytowa klameczki okiennej posiada w górnej szerszej czesci ksztalt owalny majacy postac glówki z umieszczonym nadlewkiem w ksztalcie cylindrycznej tulei. Na zewnatrz tulei wykonane sa cztery wyciecia w postaci skrzydel wiatraka, natomiast wewnatrz tulei posiada ksztalt dwóch prostokatów przylegajacych do siebie dluzszymi bokami, jak pokazano na fig. 1,2,3 i 4. Czesc chwytowa jest wykonana ze stopu Z10410.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi czesc chwytowa klameczki, okiennej, która w górnej szerszej czesci posiada ksztalt owalny majacy postac glówki z umieszczonym nadlewkiem w ksztalcie cylindrycznej tulei, posiadajacej na zewnatrz cztery wyciecia w postaci skrzydel wiatraka, nato- miast wewnatrz posiada ksztalt dwóch prostokatów przylegajacych do siebie dluzszymi bokami.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the grip portion of a window handle. The industrial design is a new and unique form of the product, given in particular by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials of the product. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the grip portion of the window handle, which, in its upper, wider section, has an oval shape in the form of a head with a cylindrical sleeve-shaped projection, which has four cutouts on the outside in the form of fan blades, while on the inside it has the shape of two rectangles adjoining each other along their longer sides. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the grip portion of the window handle from a front view, Fig. 2 from a side view, Fig. 3 from the back view, and Fig. 4 from a perspective view. The grip portion of the window handle has an oval shape in its upper, wider section, resembling a head with a cylindrical sleeve-shaped overhang. The outside of the sleeve has four cutouts in the form of fan blades, while the inside of the sleeve has the shape of two rectangles adjoining each other along their longer sides, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, and 4. The grip portion is made of Z10410 alloy. A significant feature of the industrial design is the grip portion of the window handle, which has an oval shape in its upper, wider section, resembling a head with a cylindrical sleeve-shaped overhang, which has four cutouts in the form of fan blades on the outside, while the inside has the shape of two rectangles adjoining each other along their longer sides.
