Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel tapicerowany, przeznaczony do siedzenie i lezenia. Znany jest z miedzynarodowego zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego nr DM/049916 „sofa-lózko", które charakteryzuje sie podnoszonym oparciem w ksztalcie falistym, zblizonym do ksztaltu klapy fortepianu. Oparcie po opuszczeniu w dól, stanowi czesc prostokatnego lózka. Z innej odmiany wzoru znana jest konstrukcja, która posiada prostokatne i wychylone do tylu niezalezne oparcia. Elementy te sa zamocowane nieruchomo w niewielkiej odleglosci od tylnej krawedzi siedziska. Znane sa z miedzynarodowego zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego nr DM/059519 „sofy, sofo-lózka", które posiadaja oparcia boczne i tylne, charakteryzujace sie mozliwoscia odchylania az do pozycji poziomej. W krancowej pozycji oparc sofa przybiera postac szerokiego lózka. Oparcia te sa zamocowane na krawedziach siedzisk. Znany jest ze zgloszenia wzoru uzytkowego nr 112662, pt. „mebel rozkladany" w postaci kanapy rozkladanej, który ma pojemnik na posciel z przymocowana do pojemnika rama siedziska i dwoma uchylnymi bocznymi ramkami. Srodkowa rama polaczona jest z bocznymi ramkami za pomoca podnosników z zapadka. Srodkowa rama siedziska polaczona jest takze za pomoca podnosników z rama oparcia i pojemnikiem na posciel. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac mebla tapicerowanego, charakteryzujaca sie ksztaltem siedziska i oparcia oraz ksztaltem nogi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia widok mebla z przodu, fig. 2 - z boku, fig. 3 - z góry, fig.4 - widok aksonometryczny, a fig. 5 -jest fotografia mebla równiez w widoku aksonometrycznym.Mebel tapicerowany zawiera siedzisko 1 w ksztalcie litery „C", dwa oparcia 2, pojemnik na posciel 1 i noge 4. W ramionach litery „C" tapicerowanego siedziska 1 sa umieszczone dwie prostopadloscienne poduszki oparc 2. Oparcia te sa dolna czescia umieszczone w siedzisku i w podnosnych mechanizmach. Mechanizmy te umozliwiaja przemieszczanie oparc od pozycji horyzontalnej do pionowa. W pozycji opuszczonej tworza wraz z siedziskiem prostokatne lózko, a w pozycji podniesionej - sofe. Wychylenie obu oparc jest niezalezne od siebie i mozliwe do ustawienia w kilku polozeniach. W dolna czesci mebla znajduje sie pojemnik 3. na posciel, a przed nim znajduje sie noga 4 mebla, wykonana w ksztalcie litery „C" ze stalowego ksztaltownika o przekroju kwadratowym. It is known from international industrial design application no. DM/049916, a "sofa-bed," which is characterized by a lifting backrest in a wavy shape, similar to the shape of a piano lid. When lowered, the backrest forms part of a rectangular bed. Another design variation is known for a structure with rectangular, independent backrests tilted backwards. These elements are mounted stationary a short distance from the rear edge of the seat. International industrial design application no. DM/059519, "sofas, sofa-beds," are known, which have side and rear backrests that can be tilted to a horizontal position. In the end position of the backrests, the sofa takes on the form of a wide bed. These backrests are attached to the edges of the seats. It is known from utility model application No. 112662, entitled "folding furniture" in the form of a folding sofa, which has a bedding container with a seat frame attached to the container and two hinged side frames. The middle frame is connected to the side frames using ratchet lifters. The middle seat frame is also connected to the backrest frame and bedding container using lifters. The essence of the design is a new form of upholstered furniture, characterized by the shape of the seat and backrest, and the shape of the legs. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the furniture, Fig. 2 - a side view, Fig. 3 - a top view, Fig. 4 - an axonometric view, and Fig. 5 - a photograph of the furniture also in an axonometric view. The upholstered furniture comprises a seat 1 in the shape of the letter "C", two backrests 2, a bedding container 1 and a leg 4. In the arms of the letter "C" of the upholstered seat 1 there are two cuboid backrest cushions 2. These backrests are placed with their lower part in the seat and in lifting mechanisms. These mechanisms enable the backrests to be moved from a horizontal to a vertical position. In the lowered position, together with the seat, they form a rectangular bed, and in the raised position - a sofa. The tilt of both backrests is independent of each other and can be set in several positions. In the lower part of the furniture there is a container 3 for bedding, and in front of it there is a furniture leg 4, made in the shape of the letter "C" from a steel section with a square cross-section. Important features of the industrial design: - the seat !U of the furniture is in the shape of the letter "C" - in the arms of the letter "C" of the seat there are backrests ffl - the backrests 121 have the shape of cuboid cushions and are tilted backwards - the tilt positions of the backrests 121 are different - under the seat IU and the backrests I2J there is a container /3/ for bedding smaller than the seat - in front of the container /3J there is a furniture leg /4/ in the shape of the letter "C" with a spacing similar to the width of the container.
