Ciastko piernikowe Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 9 grudnia 1997r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest ciastko piernikowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca ciastku nowy, oryg.nalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia ciastko w widoku perspektywicznym oblane z wierzchu czekolada, fig. 2 - ciastko oblane czekolada po przekrojeniu z widocznym nadzieniem.fig. 3 - uwidacznia ciastko w formie pólproduktu przed oblaniem czekolada w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig. 4 - prezentuje ciastko w postaci pólproduktu, przekrojone poprzecznie z widocznym nadzieniem. Ciastko piernikowe, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowane jako czasza opisana na podstawie o zarysie kolowym. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia ciastka przed oblaniem czekolada jest porowata i posypana cienka warstwa bialego proszku, co zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 i fig. 4. Wewnatrz ciastko jest wypelnione nadzieniem, które w przekroju poprzecznym jest widoczne jako ciemna, nieregularna plama. Gotowe do spozycia ciastko jest oblane z wszystkich stron warstwa czekolady i ma gladka powierzchnie, co zaprezentowano na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 i lig. 2. Wyróznia sie ono niewielkimi rozmiarami i jest przeznaczone do bezposredniej konsumpcji, starczajac „na jeden kes". PL PL PL PLGingerbread Cookie The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since December 9, 1997. The subject of the ornamental design is a gingerbread cookie. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the cookie a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the cookie covered in chocolate; Fig. 2 shows the chocolate-covered cookie after cross-section with the filling visible; Fig. 3 shows the cookie as a semi-finished product before being covered in chocolate in a general view; and Fig. 4 shows the semi-finished product in cross-section with the filling visible. The gingerbread cookie, in accordance with the ornamental design, is shaped as a dome circumscribed on a circular base. The outer surface of the cookie, before being coated with chocolate, is porous and dusted with a thin layer of white powder, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The inside of the cookie is filled with a filling, which in cross-section is visible as a dark, irregular spot. When ready to eat, the cookie is coated on all sides with a layer of chocolate and has a smooth surface, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. It is distinguished by its small size and is intended for immediate consumption, lasting only a "one-bite" portion. PL PL PL PL
