Przekladanie c piernikowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 9 grudnia 1997r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest przekladanie c piernikowy. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac a sie w ksztalci e i elementach zdobienia , nadajaca przekladancowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad , zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmio t wzoru zdobniczego zostal zaprezentowan y na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któryc h fig.1 - ilustruje przekladaniec w widokuperspektywicznym oblany czekolada. Na fotografii , fig.2 - zostal przedstawiony w widoku perspektywicznym przekladaniec majac y forme pólproduktu, przed oblaniem go czekolad a z widocznym nadzieniem w kolorze zielonym , usytuowanym pomiedzy dwoma warstwami ciasta. Fotografia, fig.3 - prezentuje w widoku ogólnym przekladaniec w formie pólproduktu . Posiada on nadzienie w kolorze pomaran czowym. Przedkladanie c piernikowy, wedlug wymienionych figu r jest uksztaltowany w formie prostopadloscianu i sklada sie z dwóch warstw ciasta w kolorze miodowym, pomiedzy którymi jest rozmieszczone przezroczyst e nadzienie. Na fotografiach, fig.4 i fig.5 - zostalo przedstawion e ciastko w formie przekladanca w widoku z boku z widocznym zielonym, przezroczysty m nadzieniem wykonanym z galaretki o smaku agrestowym. Fotografia, fig.4 - prezentuje ciastk o o sciankach bocznych oblanych czekolada , natomiast fig.5 - uwidacznia przekladanie c w formie pólproduktu. Na fotografiach, fig.6 i fig.7 - zaprezentowano ciastk o zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym w widoku z boku. Fig.6 - ilustruje przekladaniec o bocznych sciankac h oblanych czekolada, zas fig.7 - ciastkow formie pólproduktu, przed oblaniem czekolada . Nadzienie przekladanca jest w kolorz e pomaranczowym i zostalo wykonane z galaretki o smaku pomaranczowym. Górna powierzchnia przekladanca jest porowata , wyposazona w nieregularnie rozmieszczon e otwory i przed oblaniem czekolad a posypana cienka warstwa bialego pro szku. PL PLTranslation of gingerbread The right to register a decorative pattern has been in force since December 9, 1997. The subject of the decorative pattern is the gingerbread translation. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape and elements of decoration, giving the translation a new, original look, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the decorative pattern is presented in the attached photos, in which fig.1 - illustrates a translator in a perspective view, covered with chocolate. In the photo, fig. 2 - is shown in a perspective view of a sandwich in the form of a semi-finished product, before it is poured with chocolate and with a visible green filling, situated between two layers of dough. The photo, fig. 3 - shows a general view of the translator in the form of a semi-finished product. It has an orange filling. Presenting the c gingerbread, according to the above-mentioned figures, r is shaped in the form of a cuboid and consists of two layers of honey-colored dough, between which a transparent filling is arranged. In the photos, Figs. 4 and 5, the side view of the translucent cookie is shown with a visible green, transparent filling made of gooseberry jelly. The photo, fig. 4 - shows a biscuit with side walls covered with chocolate, while fig. 5 - shows translation c in the form of a semi-finished product. In the photos, Figs. 6 and 7, a cake with a pattern is shown in a side view. Fig. 6 - illustrates a translator with side walls h doused with chocolate, and fig. 7 - biscuits in the form of a semi-finished product, before dousing with chocolate. The translator filling is orange in color and is made of orange-flavored jelly. The upper surface of the translator is porous, with irregularly arranged holes and a thin layer of white powder is sprinkled on the chocolate before it is poured. PL PL
