Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie dla wyrobów pon- czoszniczych, zwlaszcza rajstop. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania przeja- wiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, ukladzie motywów graficznych i ich kolorystyce oraz napisów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych ilustra- cjach przedstawiajacych na fig. 1 - fig. 6 piec odmian wzoru opakowania uwi- docznionych w rozwinieciu. Opakowanie dla wyrobów ponczoszniczych, zwlaszcza rajstop wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane z kartonu lub innego materialu opakowanio-wego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma forme prostopadloscianu, którego wszyst- kie sciany sa prostokatami. Opakowanie w rozwinieciu stanowi sciana przednia i , przylegajaca do jej dluzszego boku pierwsza sciana boczna 2, dalej sciana tylna 3 i druga scia- na boczna 4 oraz przylegajace do krótszych boków sciany przedniej 1, sciana górna 5 oraz sciana dolna oraz sciana górna § i sciana dolna 6 maja trapezowe wypustki 7. Poszczególne elementy opakowania, sciany oraz wypustki oddzielone sa od siebie liniami gie- cia 8. Przednia sciana 1 oraz tylna sciana 3 sa podobne i posiadaja z prawej strony prostokatne zdjecia nóg w cielistych rajstopach i eleganckich, czarnych butach ^ na wysokich obcasach, przy czym jedna z nóg jest wyprostowana, zas druga noga lekko ugieta. Po lewej stronie obu scian, przedniej i oraz tylnej 3 usytuowany jest pio- nowy, a nad zdjeciem - poziomy napis „depol". W górnej czesci obu scian, przedniej i oraz tylnej 3 , pomiedzy piono- wym napisem „depol" oraz zdjeciem umiejscowiony jest zestaw liter - malej lite- ry "I" i duzej litery ,D", a u dolu ukosny napis „Rajstopy damskie". Na obu scianach bocznych 2 i 4 usytuowany jest zestaw liter - mala lite- ra "I" oraz duza litera „D", a ponad nim na pierwszej scianie bocznej 2 umiej- scowiony jest kod paskowy, zas na drugiej scianie bocznej 4 - tablica z ozna- czeniem wielkosci rajstop w zaleznosci od ich numeracji. Zarówno kod pasko- wy jak i tablica nie stanowia przedmiotu ochrony. Na scianie górnej 5 usytuowany jest zestaw liter - malej litery T i duzej litery „D" oraz napis informujacy o kolorze rajstop.Ponadto na scianach bocznych , pierwszej 2 i drugiej - 4 oraz scianach, górnej 5 i dolnej 6 umiejscowione sa napisy informacyjne nie stanowiace przedmiotu ochrony. W scianie przedniej i oraz scianie górnej 5 usytuowane sa przylegajace do siebie prostokatne wyciecia tworzace okienko 9 umozliwiajace obejrzenie koloru rajstop bez otwierania opakowania. Litery „I" oraz „D" na poszczególnych scianach opakowania napisane sa styli- zowana czcionka przy czym mala litera „I" jest w kolorze czarnym, zas duza litera „D" - w kolorze czerwonym. Ponadto pionowy , wykonany stylizowana czcionka napis „depol" na scianie przedniej i oraz na scianie tylnej 3 usytuowany jest na bezowo - zlotym tle. Opakowanie ma zielone tlo. Nad pionowym napisem „depol" na scianie przedniej t ma umiejscowiona na czerwonym polu litere „S', zas nad pionowym napisem „depol" na tylnej scianie 3 - usytuowana na czerwonym polu cyfre „1" -ja k pokazano na fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, the arrangement of graphic motifs and their colors, and inscriptions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which in Fig. 1 - Fig. 6 show five variations of the packaging design, shown in detail. The packaging for hosiery products, particularly tights, according to the industrial design, made of cardboard or other packaging material, is characterized by its cuboid shape, all of whose faces are rectangles. The unfolded packaging consists of a front wall i, a first side wall 2 adjacent to its longer side, then a back wall 3 and a second side wall 4, and the top wall 5 and the bottom wall § and the bottom wall 6 adjacent to the shorter sides of the front wall 1 have trapezoidal projections 7. The individual packaging elements, walls and projections are separated from each other by bending lines 8. The front wall 1 and the back wall 3 are similar and have on the right side rectangular photos of legs in flesh-colored tights and elegant black high-heeled shoes ^, with one leg straightened and the other leg slightly bent. On the left side of both walls, front i and back 3, there is a vertical inscription "depol", and above the photo - a horizontal one. In the upper part of both walls, front and rear 3, between the vertical inscription "depol" and the photo there is a set of letters - a lowercase letter "I" and a capital letter "D", and at the bottom there is a diagonal inscription "Women's tights". On both side walls 2 and 4 there is a set of letters - a lowercase letter "I" and a capital letter "D", and above it on the first side wall 2 there is a bar code, while on the second side wall 4 - a plate indicating the size of the tights depending on their numbering. Neither the bar code nor the plate are subject to protection. On the top wall 5 there is a set of letters - a lowercase letter T and an uppercase letter "D" and an inscription informing about the color of the tights. In addition, on the side walls, the first 2 and second - 4, and on the top walls 5 and bottom 6 there are information inscriptions that are not subject to protection. In the front wall and in the top wall 5 there are adjacent rectangular cutouts forming a window 9 allowing to see the color of the tights without opening the packaging. The letters "I" and "D" on the individual walls of the packaging are written in a stylized font, with the lowercase letter "I" in black and the uppercase letter "D" in red. In addition, the vertical inscription "depol" in a stylized font on the front wall and on the back wall 3 is placed on a beige and gold background. The packaging has a green background. Above the vertical inscription "depol" on the front wall there is the letter "S' placed on a red field, and above the vertical inscription "depol" on the back wall there is the number "1" placed on a red field - as shown in Fig. 2. The packaging in the first variant has a blue background. Above the vertical inscription "depol" on the front wall there is the letter "M" placed on a red field, and above the vertical inscription "depol" on the back wall there is the number "2" placed on a red field - as shown in Fig. 3. The packaging in the second variant has a turquoise background. Above the vertical inscription "depol" on the front wall 1 there is the letter "L" placed on a red field, and above the vertical inscription "depol" on the back wall 3 there is the number "3" placed on a red field - as shown in Fig. 4. The packaging in the third variant has a purple background. Above the vertical inscription "depol" on the front wall, there are the letters "XL" placed on a red field, and above the vertical inscription "depol" on the back wall 3 - there is the number ".4" placed on a red field - as shown in Fig. 5. The packaging in the fourth variant has a beige background. Above the vertical inscription "depol" on the front wall 1, there are the letters "XXL" placed on a red field, and above the vertical inscription "depol" on the back wall 3 - there is the number "5" placed on a red field - as shown in Fig. 6.
