Jedna lub wiecej sztuk bielizny zapakowana jest w pudelku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego i w tej postaci kierowana jest do sprzedazy. Znane sa pudelka stanowiace opakowanie wyrobu odziezowego, które maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu plaskiego, zawierajacego na powierzchni czolowej okienko przezroczyste i zawierajace czesc tylnej scianki wyprowadzona ponad górna krawedz pudelka. W polowie dlugosci tej górnej czesci tylnej scianki w jednych rozwiazaniach znajduje sie otwór, a w innych rozwiazaniach zamocowany jest niekiedy obrotowo haczyk na osi. Pozwala to na zawieszenie pudelka z wyrobem odziezowym na poziomym precie w punkcie sprzedazy, co ulatwia ekspozycje i wybór klientowi. Przezroczyste okienko pozwala klientowi obejrzec wstepnie wyrób odziezowy, który znajduje sie wewnatrz pudelka. Nieprzezroczysta czesc scianki czolowej pozwala umiescic elementy identyfikujace wyrób odziezowy, wlaczajac w to zdjecia wyrobu na modelu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt, uklad linii poszczególnych elementów pudelka. Wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pudelko stanowiace opakowanie wyrobu odziezowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu plaskiego, na którego powierzchni czolowej znajduje sie pionowe prostokatne okienko z warstwa przezroczysta. Tylna scianka pudelka wyprowadzona jest ponadgórna krawedz pudelka i ma w polowie dlugosci obrotowo zamocowany haczyk. Jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, pudelko stanowiace opakowanie wyrobu odziezowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu plaskiego. Na rysunku fig. 1 pokazano ze na powierzchni czolowej znajduje sie pionowe prostokatne okienko z warstwa przezroczysta. Na rysunkach fig 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 uwidoczniono tylna scianke pudelka, która wyprowadzona jest ponad górna krawedz pudelka i ma w polowie dlugosci obrotowo zamocowany haczyk. Known clothing packaging boxes have the shape of a flat cuboid, containing a transparent window on the front surface and a portion of the rear wall extending above the top edge of the box. Some designs feature an opening halfway along this upper part of the rear wall, while others sometimes include a pivotally mounted hook on an axle. This allows the box containing the clothing product to be hung on a horizontal bar at the point of sale, facilitating display and customer selection. The transparent window allows the customer to preview the clothing product inside the box. The opaque part of the front wall allows for the placement of elements identifying the clothing product, including images of the product on the model. The essence of the industrial design is the shape and line arrangement of the individual elements of the box. According to the industrial design, the box packaging the clothing product has the shape of a flat cuboid, on the front surface of which is a vertical rectangular window with a transparent layer. The rear wall of the box extends above the top edge of the box and has a pivotally attached hook at its midpoint. The industrial design is characterized by the central rectangular window containing a flat three-dimensional image carrier with a silky surface texture. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the box from the front wall, Fig. 2 from the back wall, Fig. 3 from the side, Fig. 4 from the top, and Fig. 5 from the bottom.
