Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest trumna wiklinowa. Istota wzoru przejawia sie, przede wszystkim, w indywidualnym charakterze postaci wytworu nadanemu mu przez oryginalny, nie stosowany, dotychczas, material wytworu - wikline okorowana lub barwiona, jak i naturalna czyli wikline zielona, przy czym, dodatkowo, wiklinowy material wytworu nadaje gotowemu wyrobowi oryginalna strukture i oryginalne cechy linii i kontury zwiazane z wiklinowym splotem. Znane sa, dotychczas, trumny wykonane z róznego rodzaju drewna, najczesciej, sosnowego lub debowego posiadajace róznorodne ksztalty przypominajace ksztalt wydluzonego prostopadloscianu przykrywane wiekiem. Najczesciej, wlasciwy korpus i wieko znanych trumien, w przekroju poprzecznym, maja ksztalty trapezów zlaczonych ze soba dluzszymi podstawami, przy czym gabaryty korpusów i wiek znanych trumien sa do siebie zblizone. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia trumne w widoku ogólnym z zamknietym wiekiem, fig.2 - trumne w widoku ogólnym z otwartym wiekiem, fig.3 - trumne - w widoku z boku i fig.4 - wieko trumny w widoku z góry przedstawione schematycznie. Trumna wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalnego kosza - skrzyni (fig. 1 i 2), przy czym otwarty od góry korpus 1 trumny i przylegajace do niego plytowe owalne wieko 2, posiadaja, w widoku z góry, ksztalt przypominajacywydluzona elipse, przy czym szerokosc S korpusu 1 i wieka 2 w górnej czesci trumny jest wieksza od tego samego parametru s dolnej czesci trumny wedlug wzoru (fig.4). Wieko 2 polaczone jest z korpusem l - z jednej strony - wiklinowymi zawiasami 3, a, z drugiej strony, wiklinowymi petlami 4 o ksztalcie cyfry 8 przekladanymi, w kilku miejscach, przez wiklinowe uszka 5 przytwierdzone w korpusie L Wiklinowe petle 4 blokowane sa w polozeniu zamknietym wiklinowym pretem 6 (fig.3). Zarówno owalny elipsoidalny korpus 1 trumny wedlug wzoru, jak równiez jej owalne, elipsoidalne wieko 2 posiada konstrukcje w postaci zewnetrznego obramowania i podluznych rdzeni wykonanych z toczonych kijków 8 przebiegajacych wzdluz wieka 2, wzdluz dna korpusu i oraz pionowo „od dolu ku górze" na bocznej, owalnej czesci korpusu 1 (fig.3). Wszystkie toczone kijki 8 polaczone sa wiklinowym wyplotem, tworzacym charakterystyczne dla wyrobów wiklinowych uklady linii biegnace, na przemian, sinusoidalnie wokól drewnianych toczonych kijków 8. Obie, wydluzone boczne czesci elipsoidalnego korpusu i wyposazone sa w wiklinowe uchwyty 7 usytuowane poziomo w jednej linii wzdluz korpusu L Trumna wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonana z warstw okorowanej wikliny przeplatanymi ozdobnymi warstwami z barwionej wikliny i, na odwrót. Wieko trumny moze miec budowe dzielona, np. dwuczesciowa. Trumna wedlug wzoru stosowna jest, zasadniczo, do kremacji zwlok. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Trumna wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z wikliny, co stanowi jej najistotniejsza ceche wyrózniajaca, decydujaca o jej oryginalnosci. Trumna ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalnego kosza - skrzyni, przy czym zarówno jej otwarty od góry korpus i, jak i przylegajace do niego owalne wieko 2 maja, w widoku z góry, ksztalt przypominajacy wydluzona elipse. Szerokosc S korpusu I i wieka 2 w górnej czesci trumny jest wieksza od szerokosci s dolnej czesci trumny. Wszystkie pozostale elementy trumny wedlug wzoru, tj. zawiasy 3, mocujace petle 4, uszka 5, zamykajacy pret 6 i poziome uchwyty 7 wykonane sa z wikliny.Konstrukcja nosna trumny wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z drewnianych, toczonych kijków 8 stanowiacych zarówno, zewnetrzne obramowanie dna i bocznej owalnej sciany korpusu I, wieka 2, jak równiez tworzacych podluzne rdzenie 9, przy czym wszystkie te elementy polaczone sa wzajemnie ze soba wiklinowym wyplotem tworzacym charakterystyczne uklady linii biegnace, na przemian sinusoidalnie, wokól toczonych kijków 8 (Fig. 1 -4).Fig .1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a wicker coffin. The essence of the design manifests itself primarily in the individual character of the product's form, given to it by the original, previously unused material – debarked or dyed wicker, as well as natural, green wicker. Furthermore, the wicker material of the product gives the finished product an original structure and distinctive line and contour features associated with the wicker weave. Coffins made of various types of wood, most commonly pine or oak, are known to date, possessing various shapes resembling an elongated cuboid covered by a lid. Most often, the body and lid of known coffins, in cross-section, have trapezoidal shapes connected by longer bases, with the body dimensions and age of known coffins being similar. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the coffin with a closed lid, Fig. 2 - a general view of the coffin with an open lid, Fig. 3 - a side view of the coffin, and Fig. 4 - a schematic top view of the coffin lid. The coffin according to the design has the shape of an elongated oval basket - chest (Figs. 1 and 2), wherein the body 1 of the coffin, open from the top, and the adjacent oval plate lid 2 have, in a top view, a shape resembling an elongated ellipse, wherein the width S of the body 1 and lid 2 in the upper part of the coffin is greater than the same parameter s in the lower part of the coffin according to the design (Fig. 4). The lid 2 is connected to the body 1 - on the one hand - by wicker hinges 3, and on the other hand, by wicker loops 4 in the shape of the number 8 inserted, in several places, through wicker eyes 5 attached to the body L. The wicker loops 4 are blocked in the closed position by a wicker rod 6 (fig. 3). Both the oval, ellipsoidal body 1 of the coffin according to the pattern, as well as its oval, ellipsoidal lid 2 have a structure in the form of an external frame and elongated cores made of turned sticks 8 running along the lid 2, along the bottom of the body and vertically "from the bottom up" on the side, oval part of the body 1 (fig. 3). All the turned poles 8 are connected by a wicker weave, creating a characteristic arrangement of lines running alternating sinusoidally around the turned wooden poles 8, characteristic of wicker products. Both elongated side sections of the ellipsoidal body are equipped with wicker handles 7 arranged horizontally in a single line along the body L. The coffin according to the pattern can be made of layers of debarked wicker interspersed with decorative layers of colored wicker, or vice versa. The coffin lid can have a divided structure, e.g., two-part. The coffin according to the pattern is primarily used for cremation. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The coffin according to the pattern is made of wicker, which is its most important distinguishing feature, determining its originality. The coffin has the shape of an elongated oval basket-box, with both its open-topped body and the adjacent oval lid 2 having, when viewed from above, a shape resembling an elongated ellipse. The width S of body I and lid 2 in the upper part of the coffin is greater than the width s of the lower part of the coffin. All other elements of the coffin according to the pattern, i.e. hinges 3, fastening loops 4, ears 5, closing rod 6 and horizontal handles 7 are made of wicker. The supporting structure of the coffin according to the pattern is made of wooden, turned sticks 8 constituting both the outer frame of the bottom and the side oval wall of the body I, the lid 2, as well as forming longitudinal cores 9, and all these elements are interconnected with each other by a wicker weave creating characteristic systems of lines running, alternately sinusoidal, around the turned sticks 8 (Fig. 1 -4).
