Wzór samochodu osobowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia samochód osobowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z tylu, a fig. 3 - w widoku z lewego boku. Samochód osobowy, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest pieciodrzwiowy, a charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma prawie pionowy przód lagodnie wznoszacy sie ku górze do lekko wypuklego dachu przechodzacego w prawie pionowy tyl oraz lagodnie zwezajace sie ku górze boki. Compared to similar products of this type, the passenger car is distinguished by its new form, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The passenger car design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the passenger car from the front, Fig. 2 from the rear, and Fig. 3 from the left side. The passenger car, according to the industrial design, has five doors and is characterized by a nearly vertical front end that gently rises upward to a slightly convex roof that transitions into a nearly vertical rear end, and gently tapering sides. At the front, it has a front bumper that extends over the sides of the car and extends to convex, raised front fenders. The front bumper features a central rectangular grille with rounded corners, formed by two horizontal and four vertical ribs. The grille is divided by a horizontal strip into a shorter upper section with horizontal edges and a lower section with an upper edge featuring two symmetrical rectangular recesses. From the lower grille, perpendicular lines extend from the sides, resembling a right-angled triangle with an arc-shaped hypotenuse on the sides and underside of the car. These lines house the lower headlights, which are circular inward and trapezoidal outward at the top and triangular inward. At the bottom of the car, the front bumper has a slight recess extending from one side to the other. On both sides of the upper grille, the front bumper has horizontal longitudinal strips that extend along the sides of the car. The engine hood has a trapezoidal shape, with its longer base toward the rear of the car and rising to a rearward-sloping windshield, which flows gently into the gently convex roof. The hood has a trapezoidal, raised center section that extends between the upper headlights and the front of the car. This section features a wide, contrasting strip with two concentric central contours whose outer dimensions are greater than the strip's width. The upper headlights are rectangular and extend around the sides of the car. The windshield has two windshield wipers. The gently convex roof flows into the rear, sloping and slightly rounded tailgate, which features a rectangular windshield wiper at the top. Below the glass, the tailgate, diagonally stepping through a folded edge, merges into the wall, which features a rectangular outline at the bottom with rounded upper corners and a horizontal line below its upper edge. Above it, on the folded edge, the tailgate has two concentric circular outlines in the center. On the sides of the tailgate, the car has tailgate supports that gently curve into the sides of the car. At the rear and bottom, the car has a rear bumper, which extends around the sides and reaches the rear fenders, and has a central lowering for the tailgate, gently curves downward at the top. Below the folded edge and at the height of the front trim, it has a longitudinal rear trim that curves into the sides of the car. Beneath the rear skirt, the rear bumper features a gentle longitudinal recess with rounded, upward-tapering lower corners, visually extending the tailgate. The rear bumper features an undercut on the lower left, beneath which lies a transversely shaped oval muffler with an exhaust pipe. At the rear, on the right, the car features a diagonally shaped, kinked contour beneath the rear bumper between the rear bumper and the rear wheel. The side sections of the front and rear bumpers, as well as the side sections of the front and rear bodywork, form convex wheel fenders. The front and rear door contours follow the car's body profile and are separated roughly vertically. The front and rear doors, at the height of the front and rear bumper moldings, respectively, have complementary longitudinal moldings, and at the top, each have a single window, below which a door handle is shaped. On the side of the front body, at the height of the door handles, the car has a small, horizontally shaped rectangular outline with rounded corners. At the lower front corner of the front door glass is a side mirror. The front and rear door glass has contours that replicate the contours of the adjacent body parts of the car, with the upper edge of the rear door glass being curved downwards at the rear. From the rear corners of the rear door glass, the upper and lower edges of the rear body glass extend horizontally rearward to the tailgate supports. The contours of the bumpers, hood, fenders, doors, tailgate, roof, and other body parts are interwoven. The key features of the passenger car/truck are its nearly vertical front end, gently rising upwards to a slightly convex roof that merges into a nearly vertical rear end, and its gently tapering sides. At the front, it features a front bumper that wraps around the sides of the car and extends to convex, raised front fenders. The front bumper has a central rectangular grille with rounded corners, formed by two horizontal and four vertical ribs. Below the rear trim, the rear bumper has a gentle longitudinal recess with rounded lower corners that taper upward, visually extending the tailgate. The rear bumper has an undercut on the lower left side, beneath which is a transversely shaped oval-shaped muffler with an exhaust pipe. At the right rear, the car has a diagonally shaped, kinked outline beneath the rear bumper, between the rear bumper and the rear wheel. The side sections of the front and rear bumpers, as well as the side sections of the front and rear bodywork, form convex wheel fenders. The front and rear door outlines follow the car's body profile and are separated roughly vertically. The front and rear doors, at the height of the front and rear bumper moldings, respectively, have complementary longitudinal moldings, and at the top, each have a single window, below which is a molded door handle. On the side of the front body, at the height of the door handles, the car has a small, horizontally shaped rectangular outline with rounded corners. A side mirror is located at the lower front corner of the front door window. The front and rear door windows have contours that replicate the contours of adjacent vehicle body parts, with the upper edge of the rear door window being curved downward at the rear. From the rear corners of the rear door window, the upper and lower edges of the rear body window extend horizontally rearward to the tailgate supports. The contours of the surface profiles, fold lines, edges and contours of the bumpers, hood, fenders, doors, tailgate, roof and other vehicle body parts interpenetrate, as shown in the attached figures 1-3.
