The apparatus according to the invention is shown in a longitudinal section in the drawing. The apparatus consists of a threaded cylinder 2 in which a valve seat 1 is placed, pressed against the lower part of the cylinder the spring 7 on which the pressure of the nut with the taper seat 5 is exerted. The valve seat 1 has a cylindrical guide in which and the hammer 8 is introduced, with a conical face on its body. The hammer 8 is pressed against the seat 1 by means of a spring 6.
