Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest forma wielogniazdowa uzywana do wytwarzania czekoladek. Nowa i oryginalna postac formy wielogniazdowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie jej wykroi profilujacych wytwarzane wyroby oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia forme wielogniazdowa do czekoladek o ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - fragment formy z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - przekrój fragmentu formy wzdluz linii O-O na fig. 2, fig. 4 - przekrój formy wzdluz linii L-L na fig. 2, fig. 5 - przekrój formy wzdluz linii M-M na fig. 2, a fig. 6 - przekrój formy wzdluz linii N-N na fig. 2. Forma wielogniazdowa przedstawiona na fig. 1-6 ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej, na powierzchni którego wyzlobione sa identyczne wykroje usytuowane w trzech rzedach, odpowiadajace ksztaltowi czekoladki, majace w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata z lekko skosnymi jego bokami krótszymi. Dno wykroju w srodkowej czesci posiada zebro w ksztalcie rombu oraz usytuowane pomiedzy jego bokami zebro eliptyczne z negatywem stylizowanego slowa „Wawel". Po obu stronach wspomnianego zebra znajduja sie równolegle usytuowane do niego dalsze dwa rzedy zeber o ksztalcie rozchylonej litery ,V", których konce przylegaja do dluzszych boków prostokata, a wierzcholki zeber skrajnych - do krótszych scian prostokata. Pomiedzy zebrami rombu i sasiadujacymi z nimi zebrami w ksztalcie litery „V" oraz skrajnymi zebrami w ksztalcie litery „V" i krótszymi bokami prostokata znajduja sie zebra podluzne usytuowane w jednej linii i równolegle wzgledem siebie. W przekrojach pionowych kazdy z wykrojów formy ma ksztalt zblizony do otwartego prostokata z wypuklymi narozami oraz wystepami zebrowymi na ich dluzszych bokach.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Forma wielogniazdowa do wytwarzania czekoladek, wykonana w ksztalcie plyty prostopadlosciennej z wykrojami usytuowanymi w kilku rzedach na jej powierzchni zewnetrznej posiadajacymi profil odpowiadajacy ksztaltowi czekoladek, przedstawiona na fig. 1-6 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - posiada wykroje majace w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata z lekko skosnymi jego bokami krótszymi, przy czym dno wykroju w srodkowej czesci posiada zebro w ksztalcie rombu oraz usytuowane pomiedzy jego bokami zebro eliptyczne z negatywem stylizowanego slowa „Wawel", zas po obu stronach wspomnianego zebra znajduja sie równolegle usytuowane do niego dalsze dwa rzedy zeber o ksztalcie rozchylonej litery „V", których konce przylegaja do dluzszych boków prostokata, a wierzcholki zeber skrajnych - do krótszych boków prostokata, natomiast pomiedzy zebrami rombu i sasiadujacymi z nimi zebrami w ksztalcie litery „V" oraz skrajnymi zebrami w ksztalcie litery „V" i krótszymi bokami prostokata znajduja sie zebra podluzne usytuowane w jednej linii i równolegle wzgledem siebie, przy czym w przekrojach pionowych kazdy z wykrojów formy ma ksztalt zblizony do otwartego prostokata z wypuklymi narozami oraz wystepami zebrowymi na ich dluzszych bokach.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a multi-cavity mold used for the production of chocolates. The new and original form of the multi-cavity mold, as defined by the industrial design, is evident in the shape of its profiled cutouts, which shape the manufactured products, and the arrangement of the lines. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a multi-cavity mould for chocolates in the shape of a flattened cuboid with a rectangular base in a top view, Fig. 2 - a fragment of the mould from Fig. 1 in a top view, Fig. 3 - a cross-section of a fragment of the mould along the line O-O in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 - a cross-section of the mould along the line L-L in Fig. 2, Fig. 5 - a cross-section of the mould along the line M-M in Fig. 2, and Fig. 6 - a cross-section of the mould along the line N-N in Fig. 2. The multi-cavity mould shown in Figs. 1-6 has the shape of a flattened cuboid with a rectangular base, on the surface of which identical cut-outs are carved, arranged in three rows, corresponding to the shape of the chocolate, having in a top view The shape of a rectangle with slightly slanted shorter sides. The bottom of the cutout in the middle has a rhombus-shaped rib and, between its sides, an elliptical rib with a negative of the stylized word "Wawel". On both sides of the rib, there are two further rows of ribs in the shape of a flared "V", situated parallel to it, the ends of which are adjacent to the longer sides of the rectangle, and the tops of the outermost ribs to the shorter sides of the rectangle. Between the rhombus ribs and the neighboring "V"-shaped ribs, as well as the outermost "V"-shaped ribs and the shorter sides of the rectangle, there are longitudinal ribs situated in one line and parallel to each other. In vertical sections, each of the mould cutouts has a shape similar to an open rectangle with convex corners and ribbed projections on their longer sides. Essential features of the industrial design: A multi-cavity mould for the production of chocolates, made in the shape of a cuboid plate with cutouts arranged in several rows on its external surface, having a profile corresponding to the shape of chocolates, shown in fig. 1-6, is characterized by the following: - it has cutouts having a rectangular shape in a top view with its shorter sides slightly slanted, wherein the bottom of the cutout in the middle part has a rhombus-shaped rib and an elliptical rib situated between its sides with a negative of the stylized word "Wawel", while on both sides of the above-mentioned rib there are two further rows of ribs situated parallel to it, in the shape of a flared "V", the ends of which are adjacent to the longer sides of the rectangle, and the tops of the extreme ribs - to the shorter sides of the rectangle, while between the rhombus ribs and the adjacent "V"-shaped ribs and the extreme "V"-shaped ribs and the shorter sides of the rectangle, there are longitudinal ribs located in one line and parallel to each other, while in vertical sections each of the form cutouts has a shape similar to an open rectangle with convex corners and rib protrusions on their longer sides.
