Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie filtrujace wode. Tego typu urzadzenie jest przeznaczona do filtrowania wody. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, urzadzenie filtrujace wode, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorach. Urzadzenie filtrujace wode, ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach, którego sciany boczne sa znacznie szersze niz przednie i tylne oraz sa poszerzone do góry na boki. Sciana przednia i tylna jest nieco wklesniete do srodka. Dolna podstawa urzadzenia , w widoku od dolu , ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o krawedziach bocznych nieco wklesnietych do srodka, a po jednej stronie ma cztery otwory oraz cztery okragle nózki. Natomiast w widoku od góry, górna podstawa urzadzenia ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o nieco wklesnietych do srodka krawedziach bocznych. Wzdluz krawedzi bocznych tej podstawy jest listwa w innym odcieniu. Górna podstawa jest przedzielona poprzecznym rowkiem. Natomiast w widoku z jednego i drugiego boku, wzdluz dwóch krawedzi bocznych i dolnej krawedzi jest listwa w innym odcieniu. Po srodku dolnej listwy jest element zblizony do odwróconego trapezu, w innym odcieniu a nieco powyzej srodka tych scian sa dwa napisy oddzielone falista linia. Przednia sciana urzadzenia ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, nieco poszerzonego do góry, przy czym dolna i górna podstawa tej sciany jest znacznie krótsza niz pionowe jej boki. Górna podstawa jest nieco wypukla na zewnatrz w srodkowej czesci. Od góry na przedniej scianie jest eliptyczne, poprzeczne zaglebienie , a pod nim element w ksztalcie lezki otoczony napisem tworzacym kólko. Na dole sa usytuowane napisy duzymi literami , oddzielone poprzeczna, falista kreska, a pod nimi dwie linijki napisu znaczniemniejszymi literami. Natomiast sciana tylna urzadzenia, ma taki sam ksztalt jak przednia , lecz wzdluz jednego pionowego boku sa usytuowane cztery wystepy z okraglym otworem w srodku, majace postac trzech, nalozonych na siebie, wspól srodkowych pierscieni o zmiennych srednicach, przy czym górny pierscien ma najmniejsza srednice. A po przeciwnej stronie jest usytuowane prostokatne, o zaokraglonych narozach wybrzuszenie, na którym jest umieszczona prostokatna plytka i okragle pokretlo w innym odcieniu. This type of device is intended for filtering water. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the water filtering device, as presented in the industrial design, is distinguished by its novelty in shape, line layout, and colors. The design of the water filtering device is shown in the drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the device in a front view, Fig. 2 - the device in a back view, Fig. 3 - the device in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the device in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the device from one side, Fig. 6 - the device from the other side, Fig. 7 - the device in a perspective view from the back and from one side, Fig. 8 - the device in a perspective view from the back and from the other side, Fig. 9 - the device in a perspective view from the front and from one side, Fig. 10 - the device in a perspective view from the front and from the other side. The water filtering device has a shape similar to a cuboid with rounded corners, the side walls of which are significantly wider than the front and back and are widened upwards on the sides. The front and rear walls are slightly concave inward. The lower base of the device, viewed from below, is roughly rectangular in shape, with side edges slightly concave inward, and has four holes and four round legs on one side. Viewed from above, the upper base of the device is roughly rectangular in shape, with side edges slightly concave inward. Along the side edges of this base is a strip in a different shade. The upper base is divided by a transverse groove. Viewed from both sides, however, along the two side edges and the lower edge, there is a strip in a different shade. In the center of the lower base is an element resembling an inverted trapezoid, in a different shade, and slightly above the center of these walls are two inscriptions separated by a wavy line. The front face of the device is roughly rectangular, slightly widening towards the top, with the lower and upper bases of this face significantly shorter than its vertical sides. The upper base is slightly convex outward in the middle. At the top of the front face is an elliptical, transverse recess, and below it is a teardrop-shaped element surrounded by a circular inscription. At the bottom are inscriptions in capital letters, separated by a transverse, wavy line, and below them are two lines of inscriptions in much smaller letters. The rear wall of the device has the same shape as the front, but along one vertical side are four protrusions with a circular hole in the center. These protrusions take the form of three overlapping, central rings of variable diameters, with the top ring having the smallest diameter. On the opposite side is a rectangular bulge with rounded corners, on which is placed a rectangular plate and a round knob in a different shade. The essential features of the water filtering device are that it has a shape close to a cuboid with rounded corners, the side walls of which are much wider than the front and rear walls and are widened upwards to the sides, while the front and rear walls are slightly concave towards the center, while the lower base of the device, in a bottom view, has a shape close to a rectangle with side edges slightly concave towards the center, and on one side it has four holes and four round legs, while in a top view, the upper base of the device has a shape close to a rectangle with side edges slightly concave towards the center, and along the side edges of this base there is a strip in a different shade, and the upper base is divided by a transverse groove, while in a view from one and the other side, along two edges the side and bottom edges are a strip in a different shade, while in the middle of the bottom strip there is an element similar to an inverted trapezoid, in a different shade, and slightly above the middle of these walls there are two inscriptions separated by a wavy line, while the front wall of the device has a shape similar to a rectangle, slightly widened towards the top, while the lower and upper base of this wall is much shorter than its vertical sides, while the upper base is slightly convex outwards in the middle, and at the top on the front wall there is an elliptical, transverse recess, and below it a teardrop-shaped element surrounded by an inscription forming a circle, while at the bottom there are inscriptions in capital letters, separated by a transverse, wavy line, and below them two lines of inscription in much smaller letters, while the rear wall of the device has the same shape as the front , but along one vertical side there are four projections with a round hole in the middle, in the form of three superimposed concentric rings of variable diameters, where the upper ring has the smallest diameter, and on the opposite side there is a rectangular bulge with rounded corners, on which a rectangular plate and a round knob in a different shade are placed, as shown in the drawings and photographs, fig. 1-10.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig.5Fig.6Fig.7Fig.8Fig.9Fig.10 PL
