Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona do zaladunku i rozladunku materialów sypkich i granulowanych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w jego charakterystycznym ksztalcie plótna lopaty oraz ksztalcie wygietego styliska. The essence of the design is evident in its distinctive shape of the shovel's canvas and the shape of its curved handle. The shovel according to the design is schematically depicted in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the shovel with an elongated canvas; Fig. 2 shows a variant of the shovel with a rectangular canvas and rounded upper corners; Fig. 3 shows a variant of the shovel whose canvas is rectangular and whose top ends in an arcuate edge; and Fig. 4 shows a variant of the rectangular shovel whose side walls, curved upward, are at their widest point near the handle and terminate in an arcuate upper edge. The shovel consists of a familiar spade canvas, which is inseparably connected to a wooden handle by a profiled overlay. In the part mounted on the canvas, it has the shape of a stylized triangle, the surface of which is profiled by embossing. In the upper part mounted on the handle, it has the shape of a flat bar of variable width, tapering in the upper part, bent in an arc along the handle. The handle has a characteristic forward arc in relation to the canvas, and in the lower part, its side walls are parallelepiped, while the front and side walls in longitudinal cross-section are arc-shaped and convergent, while the foot of the handle is shaped like a curve in the canvas. The upper part of the handle has a round and/or oval cross-section and is finished with a barrel-shaped handle, as shown in Figures I, 2, 3 and 4. The characteristic features of the shovel according to the pattern are that the canvas is concave, has the shape of an elongated rectangle, the upper edge of which is arcuate, and the handle is made of wood, bent forward and mounted on the front surface of the canvas of the spade by means of a profiled cap in the form of a flat bar, which in the part mounted on the canvas has the shape of a stylized triangle, the surface of which is profiled by embossing, and in the upper part mounted on the handle has the form of a flat bar of variable width, narrowing upwards, and on the side, the cap has the shape of a stylized inverted letter L, while the handle on the Ys length near the cap in the cross-section has a rectangular shape, the side walls are parallel to each other, while the front and rear walls in the longitudinal section have an arc-shaped shape. and are convergent to each other, while on the remaining % of the length the handle in cross-section has a round and/or oval shape and is terminated with a barrel-shaped handle, as shown in the perspective drawing in Fig. 1. This shovel variety is characterized by a different shape of the canvas, which is concave and has the form of a rectangle with rounded corners of the upper edge, as shown in the perspective view in Fig. 2. This shovel variety is characterized by a shape of the canvas, which is concave-arcous and has a rectangular shape with an arc-shaped upper edge, as shown in the perspective view in Fig. 3. This shovel variety is characterized by a shape of the canvas, which is partly flat, while the upwardly curved side edge near the handle has the greatest height, which decreases towards the front, while the upper edge has an arc-shaped shape and the side edges are straight, as shown in the perspective view, in Fig. 3.
