Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy motyw ozdobny pt.: „Excellent", powstaly poprzez nadanie powierzchni zewnetrznej swiecy specjalnej faktury oraz naniesienie na swiece wzoru zdobniczego o indywidualnym charakterze. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. oraz na fotografiach fig. 2. i fig. 3., na których pokazano wzór zdobniczy wykonany i naniesiony przykladowo na swiece w ksztalcie walców i na tradycyjnej postaci wysmuklej swiecy. Faktura swiecy jest wykonana w postaci zlobien, a wzór zdobniczy jest motywem liscia. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru Motyw ozdobny pt.: „Excellent" charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zewnetrzna powierzchnia swiecy posiada specjalna fakture w postaci podluznych, pionowych zlobien od góry do dolu swiec, a przy tym powierzchnia tak utworzonej welurowej faktury jest celowo uszkodzona w postaci podluznych naciec poziomych lub ukosnych. Powierzchnia swiec jest pomalowana nieregularnie, zas w kilu miejscach regularnie. W kilku miejscach na powierzchni pobocznicy swiecy naklejony jest motyw w ksztalcie jesiennego liscia, umieszczonego skosnie w stosunku do zlobien, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new decorative motif entitled "Excellent", created by giving the outer surface of a candle a special texture and applying an ornamental pattern with an individual character to the candle. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and in photographs Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, which show the ornamental pattern made and applied, for example, to a cylindrical candle and to a traditional slender candle. The candle texture is made in the form of grooves, and the ornamental pattern is a leaf motif. Characteristic features of the design The ornamental motif entitled "Excellent" is characterized by the fact that the outer surface of the candle has a special texture in the form of longitudinal, vertical grooves from the top to the bottom of the candle, and the surface of the velvet texture thus created is intentionally damaged in the form of longitudinal horizontal or diagonal cuts. The candle's surface is painted irregularly, but in a few places it is painted regularly. In several places, an autumn leaf motif is glued to the candle's side surface, placed diagonally to the grooves, as shown in the attached drawing and photographs. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL
