Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy motyw ozdobny pt.: „Luna e Stella", powstaly poprzez naniesienie na powierzchnie zewnetrzna swiecy wzoru zdobniczego o indywidualnym charakterze. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. oraz na fotografii fig. 2., na których pokazano wzór zdobniczy wykonany i naniesiony przykladowo na swiece w ksztalcie kul, walców, graniastoslupów i na tradycyjnej postaci wysmuklej swiecy. Motyw ozdobny na swiecach jest wzorem inspirowanym kosmosem. Przedstawia on gwiazdy i ksiezyc ze srebrna lub zlota poswiata oraz wzbogacony brokatowym pylkiem. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru Motyw ozdobny na swiecy pt.: „Luna e Stella" jest wzorem inspirowanym kosmosem, który charakteryzuje sie naklejonymi na calej zewnetrznej powierzchni pobocznic bryl swiec zlotych lub srebrnych gwiazd i ksiezyców, polaczonych fantazyjnym paskiem o tej samej barwie. Na swiecy, korzystnie o ciemnej barwie tla naniesiona jest takze odpowiednio zlota lub srebrna poswiata oraz brokatowy pylek, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new decorative motif entitled "Luna e Stella," created by applying an individual decorative pattern to the outer surface of a candle. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1) and photograph (Fig. 2), which show the decorative pattern made and applied, for example, to candles in the shape of spheres, cylinders, prisms, and on the traditional form of a slender candle. The decorative motif on the candles is a pattern inspired by the cosmos. It depicts stars and a moon with a silver or gold glow and is enriched with glitter dust. Characteristic features of the pattern: The decorative motif on the candle entitled: "Luna e Stella" is a pattern inspired by the cosmos, which is characterized by gold or silver stars and moons glued to the entire outer surface of the candle sides, connected by a fancy stripe of the same color. The candle, preferably with a dark background color, is also decorated with a gold or silver glow and glitter dust, as shown in the attached drawing and photograph. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
