Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac motywu ozdobnego pt.: „Saturn", powstala przez naniesienie na powierzchni zewnetrznej swiecy wzoru zdobniczego o indywidualnym charakterze. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. oraz fotografii fig. 2., na których pokazano wzór zdobniczy wykonany i naniesiony przykladowo na swiece w ksztalcie walców i graniastoslupów i na tradycyjnej postaci wysmuklej swiecy. Motyw ozdobny na swiecy jest wzorem naniesionym na powierzchnie lakierowanej swiecy, na która naklejono zlote lub srebrne paski, tworzace poziomy, ozdobny pas z elementem lancuszkowym. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru Motyw ozdobny pt.: „Saturn" umieszczony na pobocznicy lakierowanej, zewnetrznej powierzchni swiecy, jest wzorem ze zlotych lub srebrnych paseczków, tworzacych poziomy, ozdobny pas, w którym pomiedzy poziomymi, równoleglymi paskami znajduje sie element lancuszkowy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new form of the ornamental motif entitled "Saturn", created by applying an ornamental pattern of an individual character to the outer surface of a candle. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 2, which show the ornamental pattern made and applied, for example, to cylindrical and prism-shaped candles and to a traditional slender candle. The ornamental motif on the candle is a pattern applied to the surface of a varnished candle, to which gold or silver stripes are glued, creating a horizontal, decorative band with a chain element. Characteristic features of the design: The decorative motif entitled "Saturn" placed on the outer varnished side of the candle is a pattern of gold or silver stripes, creating a horizontal, decorative band, in which there is a chain element between the horizontal, parallel stripes, as shown in the attached drawing and photograph.
