Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawka grafiki uzytkowej wytwarzana jako wyrób pamietnikarski o cechach przynaleznych do okreslonego regionu lub okolic, przy czym grafika utrwalana na papierze przedstawia rózne obiekty, zwlaszcza zabytki architektoniczne i urbanistyczne, obiekty turystyczne, krajobrazy oraz obiekty przyrody nieozywionej. Oprawka grafiki uzytkowej wedlug zastrzeganego wzoru przemyslowego ma dwa ksztaltowniki drewniane, górny i dolny polozone równolegle wzgledem siebie i majace w przekroju poprzeczny ksztalt lukowaty lub trójkatny. Do plaskiej powierzchni ksztaltowników jest przyklejona grafika w postaci obrazka utrwalona na papierze recznie czerpanym. Ksztaltowniki sa obwiedzione ozdobnym sznurkiem, który nad górnym ksztaltownikiem jest luzno prowadzony i tworzy luk do zawieszenia oprawki, natomiast ponizej dolnego ksztaltownika wystaja konce sznurka. Sznurek jest przymocowany do konców ksztaltowników gwozdziami majacymi ozdobne glówki. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 oraz odmiany uwidocznione na fig. 2 i 3 i 4. Oprawka jest wykonana z dwóch ksztaltowników drewnianych 1 i 2 usytuowanych równolegle jeden wzgledem drugiego, majacych w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt pólkolisty. Do plaskich powierzchni ksztaltowników 1 i2 jest przyklejona grafika 3 w postaci obrazka utrwalona na papierze recznie czerpanym. Ksztaltowniki 1 i 2 sa obwiedzione sznurkiem ozdobnym 4 przymocowanym do konców ksztaltowników za pomoca gwozdzi 5 z ozdobnymi glówkami. Sznurek ozdobny 4 jest nad ksztaltownikiem 1 luzno prowadzony i tworzy luk do zawieszenia oprawki, natomiast konce sznurka 4 wystaja ponizej ksztaltownika 2. Na rysunku fig. 2 jest pokazana odmiana oprawki w której szerokosc obrazka grafiki 3a jest mniejsza od wysokosci, odwrotnie jak na fig. 1 na której szerokosc obrazka grafiki 3 jest wieksza od wysokosci, stad elementy skladowe oprawki jak ksztaltowniki la, 2a, grafika 3a, sznurek ozdobny 4a, maja taki sam ksztalt lecz róznia sie wymiarami. Na rysunku fig. 3 i 4 pokazano odmiany oprawek w których ksztaltowniki drewniane 6, 2 i 6a, 7a maja w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trójkata równoramiennego lub równobocznego a do podstaw tych ksztaltowników sa przyklejone grafiki 8 i 8a w postaci obrazków utrwalone na papierze recznie czerpanym. Ksztaltowniki sa obwiedzione sznurkami 9 i 9a przymocowane do konców tych ksztaltowników gwozdziami 10 i lOa majacymi ozdobne glówki. The graphic art, captured on paper, depicts various objects, particularly architectural and urban monuments, tourist attractions, landscapes, and inanimate natural objects. The graphic art frame, according to the claimed industrial design, features two wooden profiles: an upper and a lower one, parallel to each other and with an arcuate or triangular cross-section. A graphic image, captured on handmade paper, is glued to the flat surface of the profiles. The profiles are surrounded by decorative string, which runs loosely over the upper profile, creating an arch for hanging the frame. The ends of the string protrude below the lower profile. The string is attached to the ends of the profiles with nails with decorative heads. The design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, and the variations are shown in Figs. 2, 3, and 4. The frame is made of two wooden sections 1 and 2, arranged parallel to each other, with a semicircular cross-section. A graphic 3, in the form of a picture, printed on handmade paper, is glued to the flat surfaces of sections 1 and 2. Sections 1 and 2 are surrounded by decorative string 4 attached to the ends of the sections using nails 5 with decorative heads. The decorative string 4 is loosely guided over the profile 1 and forms an arch for hanging the frame, while the ends of the string 4 protrude below the profile 2. Fig. 2 shows a frame variant in which the width of the graphic image 3a is smaller than its height, the opposite of Fig. 1, in which the width of the graphic image 3 is greater than its height. Hence, the frame components, such as profiles 1a, 2a, graphic 3a, and decorative string 4a, have the same shape but differ in dimensions. Figs. 3 and 4 show frame variants in which the wooden profiles 6, 2, 6a, and 7a have an isosceles or equilateral triangle in cross-section, and graphics 8 and 8a are glued to the bases of these profiles in the form of images printed on hand-made paper. The profiles are surrounded by strings 9 and 9a attached to the ends of these profiles by nails 10 and 10a with decorative heads. Essential features of the industrial design: The frame of the applied graphic is made of wooden profiles with a semicircular or triangular cross-section, to which a graphic in the form of a picture is glued, fixed on handmade paper. The wooden profiles are surrounded by string connected to the ends of the profiles by means of nails with decorative heads, whereby the string is loosely led over the upper profile and forms an arch, while the ends of the string protrude loosely beyond the lower profile.
