Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy pieca (1) do gotowania produktów spożywczych zawierającego komorę gotowania (2), która jest utworzona wewnątrz obudowy skrzynkowej (3), która to obudowa skrzynkowa posiada pierwszą ścianę (3a), drugą ścianę (3c) i trzecią ścianę (3d), które odpowiednio sąsiadują bocznie z pierwszą ścianą (3a) po przeciwnych stronach oraz czwartą ścianę (3b) naprzeciwko pierwszej ściany, co najmniej jedno urządzenie wentylatorowe (5) umieszczone za pierwszą ścianą (3a) i które jest obracane wokół osi obrotu (X) skierowanej prostopadle do pierwszej ściany (3a), obudowę (7) w kształcie płyty, która jest umieszczona frontalnie względem co najmniej jednego urządzenia wentylatorowego (5) i która ogranicza drugą, trzecią i czwartą ścianę (3c, 3d, 3b) przestrzeni gotowania (S) komory gotowania (2), środki grzewcze, które są powiązane z komorą gotowania (2) tak, że urządzenie wentylatorowe (5) wytwarza strumień gorącego powietrza, który jest kierowany do przestrzeni gotowania (S) oraz parę urządzeń przekierowujących (10) dla strumienia powietrza, który jest wytwarzany przez co najmniej jedno urządzenie wentylatorowe (5), które to urządzenia przekierowujące (10) są rozmieszczone po przeciwnych stronach względem tego co najmniej jednego urządzenia wentylatorowego (5) i są skonfigurowane do przekierowywania strumienia powietrza, który jest wytwarzany przez co najmniej jedno urządzenie wentylatorowe (5) w stronę przestrzeni gotowania (S).
