Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania aparatu ortopedycznego (1) zawierającego rdzeń (2) dopasowany do kształtu nogi pacjenta, uzyskany w znany sposób, w szczególności techniką druku 3D w oparciu o obraz 3D nogi pacjenta, na który nakłada się wzmocnienie (3) w postaci rękawa plecionego z włókna technicznego, charakteryzuje się tym, że rdzeń (2) wraz ze wzmocnieniem (3) umieszcza się w worku próżniowym i realizuje proces infuzji spoiwem polimerowym, przesączając spoiwo z wykorzystaniem wielu rowków (4) rozmieszczonych na powierzchni rdzenia (2).
