Abstract

Urządzenie do gięcia blach zawiera dwa walce (1, 2) oraz korpus (3) złożony z korpusu dolnego (3a) i posadowionego na nim korpusu górnego (3b). Korpus dolny (3a) zawiera silnik (4) połączony, poprzez przekładnię (5), z walcem dolnym (1). Korpus górny (3b) zawiera dwa siłowniki (6), które połączone są z dwoma końcami walca górnego (2) pokrytego warstwą elastomeru. Urządzenie zawiera również czujnik kąta położenia (7) walca dolnego (1), czujnik ciśnienia (8), regulator ciśnienia hydraulicznego (9) oraz sterownik (10). Osie obrotu walców (1, 2) są przesunięte względem siebie w płaszczyźnie poziomej korpusu dolnego (3a) o przesunięcie (f), którego wartość wynosi od 1% do 6% wielkości średnicy zewnętrznej (D) walca górnego (2). Wyjście czujnika kąta położenia (7) walca dolnego (1) połączone jest z wejściem sterownika (10), którego wyjście połączone jest z regulatorem ciśnienia hydraulicznego (9), którego wyjście połączone jest z wejściami siłowników (6) oraz z wejściem czujnika ciśnienia (8), którego wyjście połączone jest z wejściem sterownika (10), a ponadto wyjście sterownika (10) połączone jest z wejściem silnika (4).
