Abstract

The subject of the application is lightweight concrete, especially for the construction of chimney systems, its recipe and mixing method. It is characterized by the fact that it contains in quantities measured in kg/m3: cement, of which one or a mixture of cement with CEM I 42.5R NA Warta, CEM II/A-S 42.5 N Warta, CEM Górkal 40 ALUMINOUS in the amount of 430, perlite 150 in the amount of 10, aggregate of foamed glass: 0.5/1 GEGA in the amount from 20 to 30, ½ GEGA in the amount from 0 to 40, 2/4 GEGA in the amount of 0 - 45, aggregate of sintered ash: 0/2 LSA in the amount of 0 - 170, 2/4 expanded clay in the amount of 0 - 120, 4/9 expanded clay in the amount of 240 - 280, water in the amount from 121 to 176, additives and admixtures in the form of: ASTRA Z-50 in the amount of 15, Polyex Mesh 2000 24mm fibers in the amount of 2, ATLAS PRIMOLT-234 (FM) 0.8% of mass in the amount of 3.6, ATLAS FORTIAIR OS-100 (LP) 0.2% of mass in the amount of 0.9. The method of mixing lightweight concrete is characterized by the order of dosing and mixing of the components, which is first mixed with cement + ASTRA Z-50 zeolite + 50% water according to the recipe + superplasticizer + air-entraining admixture for about 1-2 minutes, then mixed successively for about 1-2 minutes by adding fiber, 25% water according to the recipe + air-entraining admixture and mixing for 1-2 minutes, then lightweight aggregates are added and further mixing is continued for 1-2 minutes, whereby dosing is performed from the heaviest to the lightest aggregates, in the following order: LSA, KERAMZYT, GEGA, perlite, and then the remaining mixing water is added according to the recipe and finished with mixing for 0.5 - 1.5 minutes.
