Abstract
The subject of the application is a mixture of lightweight fibro-cement composite with increased insulation parameters, containing cement, aggregates and other additives, characterized by the fact that it consists of cement in the amount of 10-12% by weight, two types of aggregates: aggregate 0.5 / 4 from foamed glass in broken or granulated form in the amount of 23-24% by weight, aggregate 4/9 from foamed glass in the amount of 23-24% by weight, microspheres from fly ash in the amount of 0.7-0.8% by weight, perlite EP180 in the amount of 13-14 wt.%, zeobau in the amount of 1.1-1.2 wt.%, fiber in the amount of 0.1 wt.%, fluidizing admixture in the amount of 0.2-3.2% in relation to of cement weight, air-entraining admixture in the amount of 0.05-0.8% of the cement weight, water in the amount of 18.5-19% by weight. preferably, the cementitious composite consists of: cement in an amount of 10.65 wt. preferably the cementitious composite consists of granulated expanded glass aggregate with a grain size of 2 to 5 mm. The application also covers the method of mixing the components of lightweight concrete with aggregate made of foamed glass requires a specific dosing sequence of components: 50% of water according to the recipe + superplasticizer + cement + zeolite, are mixed in a mixer under high mixing energy for 3-4 minutes, then fiber is added and is mixed in a mixer for 3-4 minutes. successively 25% of water according to the recipe + air-entraining admixture are added and mixed for 3-4 minutes in a mixer. Next, the aggregate made of foamed glass + perlite and 15% water according to the recipe are added and mixed for 2-3 minutes, after visual inspection of the consistency, 0-10% water is added or not (to obtain the appropriate consistency) and mixed for 2 -3 minutes.
