Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania biomasy oraz związków o wartości dodanej z wykorzystaniem mikroorganizmów wykorzystujących mannitol jako źródło węgla, polegający na tym, że sterylne standardowe podłoże inokulacyjne zaszczepia się czystą kulturą zmodyfikowanych drożdży Yarrowia lipolityca o genotypie ΔEYD1, przy ciągłym wstrząsaniu bądź mieszaniu, następnie uzyskane inokulum wprowadza się do naczynia hodowlanego z podłożem zawierającym w składzie mannitol w stężeniu od 5 do 200 g/L.
