Abstract

Urządzenie do separacji elementów ferromagnetycznych zawiera separator nadtaśmowy oraz zespół czujników identyfikujących właściwości ferromagnetyczne separowanych materiałów. Separator nadtaśmowy stanowią co najmniej dwa elektromagnesy (1a, 1b) wraz z mechanizmem odprowadzającym odseparowane elementy metalowe, wyposażonym w napęd (8). Zespół czujników stanowi listwa pomiarowa (3), wyposażona w układ czujników magnetometrycznych (4), zamontowanych w jednakowych odstępach x od siebie, na całej jej długości, przy czym listwa pomiarowa (3) usytuowana jest nad taśmą (2) podajnika taśmowego na wysokości H na całej szerokości taśmy (2) i w odległości L od elektromagnesów (1a, 1b). Listwa pomiarowa (3) jest połączona na wejściu z układem zasilania (7), zaś na wyjściu jest połączona z analizatorem (5) i blokiem zasilania (6), który jest dalej połączony z elektromagnesami (1a, 1b) oraz napędem (8) mechanizmu odprowadzającego.
