Abstract

Urządzenie do separacji elementów ferromagnetycznych zawiera separator nadtaśmowy oraz zespół czujników identyfikujących właściwości ferromagnetyczne separowanych materiałów. Separator nadtaśmowy stanowią co najmniej dwa elektromagnesy (1a, 1b) wraz z mechanizmem odprowadzającym odseparowane elementy metalowe, wyposażonym w napęd (8). Zespół czujników stanowi listwa pomiarowa (3), wyposażona w układ czujników magnetometrycznych (4), zamontowanych w jednakowych odstępach x od siebie, na całej jej długości, przy czym listwa pomiarowa (3) usytuowana jest nad taśmą (2) podajnika taśmowego na wysokości H na całej szerokości taśmy (2) i w odległości L od elektromagnesów (1a, 1b). Listwa pomiarowa (3) jest połączona na wejściu z układem zasilania (7), zaś na wyjściu jest połączona z analizatorem (5) i blokiem zasilania (6), który jest dalej połączony z elektromagnesami (1a, 1b) oraz napędem (8) mechanizmu odprowadzającego.The device for separating ferromagnetic elements comprises an over-belt separator and a set of sensors identifying ferromagnetic properties of separated materials. The over-belt separator comprises at least two electromagnets (1a, 1b) together with a mechanism for removing separated metal elements, equipped with a drive (8). The set of sensors comprises a measuring strip (3), equipped with a system of magnetometric sensors (4), mounted at equal distances x from each other, along its entire length, wherein the measuring strip (3) is located above the belt (2) of the belt feeder at a height H along the entire width of the belt (2) and at a distance L from the electromagnets (1a, 1b). The measuring strip (3) is connected at the input to the power supply system (7), and at the output it is connected to the analyzer (5) and the power supply unit (6), which is further connected to the electromagnets (1a, 1b) and the drive (8) of the removal mechanism.
