Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest roślinna kompozycja do wytwarzania wegańskiego wyrobu ciastkarskiego, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera izolat białka roślinnego w ilości od 0,5% do 20% wag., cukier w ilości 35%-70% wag. oraz wodę w ilości od 20% do 60%.
