Abstract

Nóż tnący rębaka, mający postać monolitycznej płyty z ściętym na dłuższej krawędzi klinem nożowym tworzącym ostrze tnące, charakteryzuje się tym, że ostrze (2) tnące noża klina nożowego (1), ma pochylenie krawędzi tnącej wyznaczane z zależności α=sin-1((D+G)/L), wynoszące korzystnie 21,8°, przy czym w wycięciach (3) pod śruby do ustawiania i mocowania noża, wykonane są w elementy sprężyste (4) w kształcie sprężyny falistej z jednym końcem będącym integralną częścią noża oraz drugim końcem swobodnym, współpracującym z powierzchnią śruby mocującej nóż w kieszeni wałka nożowego.
