Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania materiału kompozytowego charakteryzujący się tym, że: przygotowuje się (101) paski pianki poliuretanowej (PU) poprzez pocięcie surowca z pianki PU do postaci krótkich pasków o przekroju zasadniczo prostokątnym o wymiarach przekroju od 5x5 mm do 30x30 mm i długości od 20 mm do 40 mm; opcjonalnie przygotowuje się (102) szarpankę poliestrową poprzez rozszarpanie surowca w postaci waty lub włókniny poliestrowej; przygotowuje się (103) włókna poliestrowe o długości od 2 mm do 10 mm i temperaturze topnienia w zakresie 95°C do 200°C rozdrabniając sprasowane bele surowca wsadowego; miesza się (104) przygotowane komponenty w proporcji: od 60% do 80% wag. pasków pianki PU, od 0% do 20% wag. szarpanki poliestrowej oraz od 15% do 30% wag. włókien poliestrowych; formuje się (105) pokład ze zmieszanych komponentów do postaci płyty o pożądanych wymiarach; oraz podgrzewa się (106) uformowaną płytę do temperatury od 95°C do 200°C doprowadzając do połączenia składników, po czym chłodzi się płytę.
