Abstract
Rekuperator dzianinowy do wymiany ciepła między strugami powietrza, stanowią go dwie, usytuowane poziomo, jedna na drugiej, dzianiny przestrzenne, oddzielone od siebie warstwą (1) z przędzy metalowej. Każdą dzianinę przestrzenną stanowią dwie warstwy dziane (2, 3), połączone łącznikami (4) z przędzy metalowej, z których każdy stanowi pasmo równoległych względem siebie nitek z przędzy metalowej, ugiętych w połowie długości zgodnie z kierunkiem przepływu płynu w dzianinie, o końcach wplecionych w oczka warstw dzianych dzianin przestrzennych. Łączniki (4) są usytuowane w odległościach jeden od drugiego równych 5 — 35 mm. Odległości między łącznikami (4) są nie większe od maksymalnej wysokości łączników. Warstwy dziane (2, 3) obu dzianin przestrzennych stanowią dzianiny lewo-prawe kolumienkowe o ścisłości kolumienkowej nie mniejszej niż 5 kolumienek/10 mm i ścisłości rządkowej nie mniejszej niż 3 rządki/10 mm. Do dolnej warstwy dzianej (2) dolnej dzianiny przestrzennej jest przymocowana warstwa (6) z przędzy metalowej, zaś górna warstwa dziana (2) górnej dzianiny przestrzennej jest pokryta warstwą izolatora tekstylnego. Dzianiny przestrzenne z oddzielającą je warstwą (1) przędzy metalowej, dolna warstwa dziana (2) dolnej dziany przestrzennej z warstwą (6) przędzy metalowej i górna warstwa dziana (2) górnej dzianiny przestrzennej z warstwą (5) izolatora tekstylnego, są połączone techniką klejenia.
