Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest naturalna bezcukrowa kuwertura czekoladowa o całkowitej zawartości tłuszczu od 36% do 40% wagowych, która charakteryzuje się tym, że jako czynnik słodzący zawiera rozpuszczalny błonnik pokarmowy lub kompozycję rozpuszczalnego błonnika pokarmowego i polioli w ilości od 36% do 44% wagowych, natomiast mleczna bezcukrowa kuwertura czekoladowa o całkowitej zawartości tłuszczu od 39% do 42% wagowych charakteryzuje się tym, że jako czynnik słodzący zawiera rozpuszczalny błonnik pokarmowy lub kompozycję rozpuszczalnego błonnika pokarmowego i polioli w ilości od 28% do 32% wagowych, przy czym jako błonnik pokarmowy stosuje się fruktooligosacharydy lub izomaltooligosacharydy lub polidekstrozę, a jako poliole stosuje się maltitol lub erytrol.
