Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest piwo zawierające inaktywowane drożdże oraz żywe kultury bakterii probiotycznych. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również sposób otrzymywania piwa, który charakteryzuje się tym, że piwo bazowe zawierające w sobie nie więcej niż 0,5% objętościowego etanolu i poziom goryczki chmielowej nie wyższy niż 30 IBU w przypadku wariantów bezalkoholowych oraz do 6% objętościowych etanolu i poziom goryczki chmielowej nie wyższy niż 30 IBU w przypadku produktu alkoholowego, poddawane jest pasteryzacji w przepływie, a następnie wychładzane, dosycane dwutlenkiem węgla i do piwa dozowane są żywe bakterie z rodzaju Lactobacillus i/lub Bifodobacterium, a następnie poddawane jest fermentacji probiotycznej, w czasie której następuje namnożenie się żywych komórek.
