Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wyodrębniania rozpuszczalników oraz elektrolitu i odzyskiwania proszku elektrodowego z ogniw litowo jonowych z mieszaniny wsadu, zawierającego rozpuszczalniki, elektrolit i proszki anodowy i katodowy, otrzymanej w procesie niskotemperaturowego rozdrabniania i frakcjonowania na sitach zużytych baterii litowo jonowych, gdzie z wsadu mieszaniny w reaktorze oddziela się rozpuszczalnik wraz z elektrolitem zawierającym związki metali niemagnetycznych, charakteryzujący się tym, że elektrolit oddziela się od proszku anodowego i katodowego poprzez ekstrakcję mieszaniną rozpuszczalników, przy czym mieszaninę rozpuszczalników od elektrolitu oddziela się na drodze odparowania próżniowego, a następnie z kolejnych porcji wsadu mieszaniny do reaktora oddziela się kolejne porcje proszku anodowego i katodowego otrzymując kolejne porcje mieszaniny rozpuszczalników z elektrolitem, przy czym oddziela się rozpuszczalniki od soli elektrolitu i dodaje się je do poprzednio odzyskanych rozpuszczalników z poprzednich porcji mieszaniny rozpuszczalników z elektrolitem, a następnie tak uzyskaną mieszaninę rozpuszczalników zawraca się do reaktora i odzyskuje się w drodze ekstrakcji kolejne ilości mieszaniny rozpuszczalników z elektrolitem, oddzielone od proszku katodowego i anodowego, gdzie gromadzi się odzyskane ilości mieszaniny rozpuszczalników oraz odzyskane sole metali nieżelaznych po ich oddzieleniu od mieszaniny rozpuszczalników i odzyskany proszek katodowy i anodowy.
