Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nanożeli uwalniających kowalencyjnie związaną trehalozę, który polega na tym, że prowadzi się kopolimeryzację wolnorodnikową z udziałem (met)akrylanu-6-O-trehalozy o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R = H lub CH<sub>3</sub> w ilości od 10%  do 90% wagowych w stosunku do wszystkich monomerów, z co najmniej jednym monomerem z grupy monomerów akrylamidowych w ilości co najmniej 10% w stosunku do wszystkich monomerów, w obecności czynnika sieciującego w ilości od 0,5% do 20,0% wagowych wszystkich monomerów, korzystnie w zakresie 5 - 10%  wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zastosowanie nanożeli otrzymanych sposobem określonym powyżej do przedłużonego uwalniania trehalozy w mediach wodnych o pH > 7,0.
