Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obrecz kola samochodu. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, obrecz kola samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór obreczy kola samochodu uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obrecz kola samochodu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - obrecz w widoku od tylu, fig. 3 - obrecz w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Obrecz kola samochodu, ma ksztalt wydrazonej w srodku, obrotowej bryly o wywinietych na zewnatrz obrzezach, skladajacej sie z dwóch stykajacych sie ze soba, mniejszymi srednicami, scietych stozków. W widoku z przodu, obrecz ma czolowe, wypelnienie w postaci czteroramiennej gwiazdy, której ramiona sa przedzieloneotworami o ksztalcie przypominajacym kolo. Ramiona maja na jednym koncu po dwa zebra lukowato wygiete na zewnatrz. Pomiedzy nimi sa lezkowato uksztaltowane otwory. Przeciwlegle konce ramion sa plaskie i otaczaja centralny otwór obreczy. Zebra sasiednich ramion sa lukowato polaczone ze soba, a w tych polaczeniach sa cztery okragle zaglebienia, o wspólsrodkowych otworach, o mniejszej srednic. W widoku od tylu wypelnienie ma liczne zaglebienia, wypuklosci i otwory. Cechami istotnymi obreczy kola samochodu, jest to, ze ma ksztalt wydrazonej w srodku , obrotowej bryly o wywinietych na zewnatrz obrzezach, skladajacej sie dwóch stykajacych sie ze soba, mniejszymi srednicami, scietych stozków, a w widoku z przodu, od jednej strony, obrecz ma czolowe, wypelnienie w postaci czteroramiennej gwiazdy, której ramiona sa przedzielone otworami o ksztalcie przypominajacym kolo, przy czym ramiona maja na jednym koncu po dwa zebra lukowato wygiete na zewnatrz, a pomiedzy nimi sa lezkowato uksztaltowane otwory, zas przeciwlegle konce ramion sa plaskie i otaczaja centralny otwór obreczy, przy czym zebra sasiednich ramion sa lukowato polaczone ze soba, a w tych polaczeniach sa cztery okragle zaglebienia, o wspólsrodkowych otworach, o mniejszej srednicy, a w widoku od tylu wypelnienie ma liczne otwory, zaglebienia i wypuklosci, jak toprzedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, fig. 1-3.fig. 1fig. 2fig. 3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a car wheel rim. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the car wheel rim, as presented in the industrial design, is distinguished by its novelty in shape and line arrangement. The car wheel rim design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the car wheel rim in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the rim in a rear view, and Fig. 3 shows the rim in a perspective view from the front. The car wheel rim has the shape of a hollow, rotatable solid with outwardly curved edges, consisting of two interconnected truncated cones of smaller diameters. In frontal view, the rim has a frontal filling in the form of a four-pointed star, the arms of which are divided by circular-shaped openings. Each arm has two outward-curving ribs at one end. Between them are teardrop-shaped openings. The opposite ends of the arms are flat and surround the central opening of the rim. The ribs of adjacent arms are connected by an arc, and at these joints are four circular recesses with concentric openings of smaller diameter. In posterior view, the filling has numerous recesses, ridges, and openings. The essential features of a car wheel rim are that it has the shape of a hollow, rotatable solid with outwardly curved edges, consisting of two contacting, smaller diameter, truncated cones, and in a front view, from one side, the rim has a frontal filling in the form of a four-pointed star, the arms of which are divided by holes in a shape resembling a circle, wherein the arms have at one end two ribs arched outwards, and between them there are teardrop-shaped holes, while the opposite ends of the arms are flat and surround the central hole of the rim, wherein the ribs of the adjacent arms are connected to each other in an arc, and in these joints there are four circular recesses with concentric holes, of smaller diameter in diameter, and in the rear view the filling has numerous holes, recesses and convexities, as shown in the attached drawings and photographs, fig. 1-3. fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL
