Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obrecz kola samochodu. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, obrecz kola samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór obreczy kola samochodu uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obrecz kola samochodu w widoku z^-przodu, fig. 2 - obrecz w widoku od tylu, fig. 3 - obrecz w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Obrecz kola samochodu, ma ksztalt wydrazonej w srodku, obrotowej bryly o wywinietych na zewnatrz obrzezach, skladajacej sie dwóch stykajacych sie ze soba, mniejszymi srednicami, scietych stozków. W widoku z przodu, od jednej strony, ma czolowe, wypelnienie w postaci piecioramiennej gwiazdy, o zaokraglonychwierzcholkach ramion i stozkowatym wybraniu wzdluz kazdego ramienia. Pomiedzy ramionami sa trójkatne otwory o zaokraglonych narozach. W srodku przód obreczy ma centralny, okragly otwór, otoczony zaglebieniem o nieregularnym ksztalcie. Wokól centralnego otworu sa usytuowane, przedzielone malymi otworami, cztery zaglebienia, o wspólsrodkowych otworach, o mniejszej srednicy. Od tylu wypelnienie ma liczne zaglebienia i wypuklosci. Cechami istotnymi obreczy kola samochodu, jest to, ze ma ksztalt wydrazonej w srodku , obrotowej bryly o wywinietych na zewnatrz obrzezach, skladajacej sie z dwóch stykajacych sie ze soba, mniejszymi srednicami, scietych stozków, zas w widoku z przodu, od jednej strony, ma czolowe wypelnienie w postaci piecioramiennej gwiazdy, o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach ramion i stozkowatym wybraniu wzdluz kazdego ramienia, a pomiedzy ramionami sa trójkatne otwory o zaokraglonych narozach, zas w srodku przód obreczy ma centralny, okragly otwór, otoczony zaglebieniem 0 nieregularnym ksztalcie, zas wokól centralnego otworu sa usytuowane, przedzielone malymi otworami, cztery zaglebienia, o wspólsrodkowych otworach, o mniejszej srednicy, a od tylu wypelnienie ma liczne zaglebienia i wypuklosci , jak to przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach 1 fotografiach , fig. 1-3.fig. 1fig. 2fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a car wheel rim. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the car wheel rim, as presented in the industrial design, is distinguished by its novelty in shape and line arrangement. The car wheel rim design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the car wheel rim in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the rim in a rear view, and Fig. 3 shows the rim in a perspective view from the front. The car wheel rim has the shape of a hollow, rotatable solid with outwardly curved edges, consisting of two interconnected truncated cones of smaller diameters. Viewed from the front, from one side, it has a frontal infill in the form of a five-pointed star, with rounded arm tips and a conical recess along each arm. Between the arms are triangular holes with rounded corners. In the center, the front of the rim has a central, circular opening, surrounded by an irregularly shaped recess. Around the central opening are four recesses, separated by small holes, with concentric holes of smaller diameter. From the back, the infill has numerous recesses and ridges. The essential features of a car wheel rim are that it has the shape of a hollow, rotatable solid with outwardly curved edges, consisting of two contacting, smaller diameter, truncated cones, and in the front view, from one side, it has a front filling in the form of a five-pointed star, with rounded tops of the arms and a conical recess along each arm, and between the arms there are triangular holes with rounded corners, and in the middle, the front of the rim has a central, round hole, surrounded by a recess of irregular shape, and around the central hole there are four recesses, separated by small holes, with concentric holes of smaller diameter, and from the back the filling has numerous recesses and convexities, as shown in the attached drawings and photographs, fig. 1-3. fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL PL
