Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy układu do uwęglania lub spalania paliw stałych w tym odpadów komunalnych, który skutecznie wykorzystuje ciepło gazów spalinowych, skutecznie je zagospodarowuje, a jednocześnie ogranicza zawartość części palnych w spalinach. Układ do uwęglania lub spalania paliw stałych zawiera układ do podawania materiału wsadowego (1), gdzie reaktor (4) do uwęglania wyposażony jest w pochyły środek transportowy w postaci rusztu posuwisto - zwrotnego (6) i ruszt wędrowny (7) umieszczony pod jego wylotem oraz ma zespół doprowadzenia powietrza złożony ze skrzyń powietrznych (8 i 9). Komora (5) reaktora (4) uwęglania jest dwudzielna, z linią podziału przebiegającą umieszczoną nad rusztem posuwisto - zwrotnym (6). Niespalona w komorze (5) reaktora (4) część gazów odprowadzana jest przez przewód dopalający (12) do układu do wykorzystania ciepła i oczyszczania spalin (16), skąd dla poprawy warunków kondycjonowania uwęglonego materiału mieszanina recyrkulowanych spalin oraz pary wodnej kierowana jest pod ruszt wędrowny (7). Po opuszczeniu rusztu wędrownego (7) cząstki uwęglonego surowca są skierowane do układu odbioru uwęglonego materiału lub popiołu (18), gdzie opadają do odżużlacza mokrego (19) w celu zgaszenia i schłodzenia.The invention relates to a system for the carbonization or combustion of solid fuels, including municipal waste, which effectively uses the heat of flue gases, manages them effectively, and at the same time limits the content of combustible parts in the flue gas. The chamber (5) of the carbonizing reactor (4) is two-part, with a division line located above the reciprocating grate (6). Part of the gases unburned in the chamber (5) of the reactor (4) is discharged through the after-burning pipe (12) to the system for the use of heat and exhaust gas treatment (16), from where, to improve the conditioning conditions of the carbonized material, the mixture of recirculated exhaust gases and water vapor is directed to the traveling grate (7). After leaving the traveling grate (7), the particles of the carbonized raw material are directed to the collection system of the carbonized material or ash (18), where they fall to the wet slag remover (19) for quenching and cooling.
